I made an appt online and was seen within 5 minutes of walking in the door.

I was instantly greeted by the kind representatives. I was checked in within 15 minutes and saw the Male Doctor around 10 min later. My experience has been amazing: from the friendly staff to the proactive docs this place is incredible. Thank You Marque Medical!

I had a very easy check in experience. Doctor White and the rest of the staff I encountered were professional and seemed experienced.

Friendly and professional staff, virtually no wait time (except for the extensive background "paperwork"), and doctor with appropriate bedside manner and competence. If needed, I will choose this urgent care again.

Called and showed up within minutes. I had an excruciating pain in my right ear. Saw the doc which was very prompt and very helpful. They are very nice, polight and very thorough! I arrived at 7:30ish and was out within the hour.. I still have a bit of pain considering it's in it's first stages still but I am greatfful it definitely doesn't hurt as bad and I might Ctually be ready to lay down. I will not continue with any other offices. I think I found a lifer! Thank you! Definitely recommend.

Staff was friendly and timely. Provider was through and had great bedside manner. My 8yr old loved him even though he wasn’t feeling well. Would definitely recommend him to anyone that asked.

I was visiting San Diego from the North Carolina. I thought at first I had only laryngitis - then was diagnosed with pneumonia (my third case). I am familiar with urgent appointment clinics as my wife is retired from Kaiser Permanente in San Diego, but living in North Carolina it was no longer an option. I knew completing registration for insurance purposes would take a little time. Great friendly help receptionist staff. Also, I know as a walk-in you should expect some wait time. But, shortly I was shown to the exam room by a helpful MA (?), who quickly completed the preliminaries. Dr. Wessel was excellent! He was professional with great communication skills. It dawned on me as he was listening to my lungs this was probably going to be another case of pneumonia. X-ray confirmed this. (A fine X-ray tech, too!) Dr. Wessel mentioned he, too, had recently had a bout of pneumonia and would set me up with the same medication regimen as he followed. Great with me!! Within less than 2 hours I was registered, seen by a terrific doctor, and was out the door with Rx's called in to the pharmacy of my choice. What's not to like? Keep up the great work! I had a very good experience overall with Marque Medical. Service staff was prompt and courteous, and Dr Michael Steiner, MD was extremely professional, competent and attentive. I was well cared for.

Made the appointment and received text regarding the delay. I was only in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. Love how this worked out. No more waiting hours in the waiting area. Once back, my care was thorough and kind. Very helpful.

I usually go to the VA ER in La Jolla but decided to goto Marque Medical since it is closer. The quality of care, wait time, and overall experience is very positive. I was in and out in roughly 45 minutes. I would have been at the VA ER for more than 2 hours if I would have went there. I will be going to Marque Medical for future ailments.
