Best ever

I was on vacation and developed a sinus infection. Called my insurance company and was provided three names of urgent care facilities that where in network. Margue, had good reviews and was the only one that was able to offer me an appointment time instead of showing up and waiting to be seen. That option made my choice for me. When I arrived I had to fill out personal and medical information on a tablet. Completely understandable since i’d never been seen at any of their locations. Once I finished the questionnaire, I was called back within 5 minutes. The nurse took my vitals and asked about my symptoms. The doctor arrived shortly after 5 minutes. I was examined and confirmed that I had a sinus infection. They called in a prescription to CVS pharmacy in the same complex. The whole experience took less than 40 minutes. During the process the staff was helpful and friendly. I meet up with my family at a restaurant after my appointment. I took my antibiotics during dinner and left the bottle on the table when we left. I called the clinic the next morning after I realized my stupid mistake and requested another prescription. A doctor called me back within 30 minutes and informed me that another prescription had been called in. I will always use Marque in the future when visiting relatives in Southern California. I was extremely impressed with the experience I had with Marque!

Friendly, helpful and efficient front-office staff (with quite the sense of humor, I'd add), combined with knowledgeable and professional aides and great doctors makes Marque my first choice when I know I can't see my family physician right away. Yes, there's sometimes a wait -- but scheduling your appointment online (easy, convenient) can almost eliminate that.

The doctor that took care of me was fabulous! Her name is Dorcas Mouray Eaves. I have always received exceptional care at Marque but this doctor was especially caring, thorough, and respectful.

You listened to my medical history and treated my condition. Thank you for your help. If I ever have to deal with this again I will be back!!

The Dr. was very attentive. I didn’t have to wait too long, considering it’s Christmas vacation. The office is clean and everyone working there was very friendly!!

I wish I could go here always. The receptionist to seeing the Dr. is always seamless. Everyone is so caring and helpful. My daughter is doing much better and was taken care of immediately. I love that you can make an appointment online and arrive at time of your appointment. Makes is so much easier than waiting in a waiting room. The lobby, office and rooms are clean and organized. I can't say enough good. Thank you!

Made appointment on Sunday at 3 p.m. for daughter who had strept throat symptoms - got there and 3 other patients were waiting - we were seen around 3:25 - after that the Dr. saw us quickly and we got our prescription and were on our way - overall happy with service

I searched for an urgent care nearby where I live on Yelp and I found Marque urgent care. First thing I noticed was cleanliness of facility. After the initial visit to treat my thumb, I had to return two more times for re-check and each time the facility was kept in very clean condition. The staff and doctors were professional, caring and friendly. Each visit my wait time was minimal, staff and physicians took time to listen and answered my questions and concerns. I will definitely use this facility again when I have an urgent health issue. THANK YOU, Dr. Kim and Dr. Porzio!!

A few years ago I would have said the staff was always very nice but the doctors were sometimes a little grumpy. Now bothe the staff and the doctors are very pleasant .

The staff is all very professional, friendly, and efficient. They get you in and out in a very timely manner. I really like Dr. Pennwell. I felt very comfortable with him. All the staff was very nice I Merilee it's always super sweet and always makes you feel like she cares about you.The rest of the staff is very nice as well Marianne, Carlos and Keilah i'll make you feel very comfortable. It was definitely a great experience at marquee urgent care center

Always pleased with Marque Medical! I reserved my spot online, and had a short wait time before being called. The staff was friendly and I left today feeling like they truly cared about my well-being. If only I could use them as my regular doctor.

I really appreciated that the front desk staff offered me tea while I was waiting. The medical assistant was very kind and made the process easy. The doctor I talked to answered all my questions without making me feel rushed and was understanding when I wanted to keep things simple and not take much medication - I like to do things as naturally as possible and some doctors can be pushy with meds so I liked that he wasn’t. I would definitely come back here again.
