Despite feeling really sick, I had a great experience visiting Marque Medical. From the ladies at the front desk to the doctor’s assistant to the doctor were all nice, prompt, professional AND caring!

This place was great staff was nice the doctor was profesional very clean office i would defenatly recomend it and for sure i would come again

Dr. Buda was great, Chris the nurse was great the experience was very satisfing and follow up was excellent. Couldn't be happier and will come again if I need to faster results than my primary Dr. Thank you so much.

I'm very grateful for the immediate attention I received at Marque Medical emergency care! My husband and I came out to CA with our friends, in dire need of a vacation. After ignoring some symptoms before leaving home, what I thought was an annoying little bladder discomfort, easily remedied by forcing water and taking AZO, I was horrified when I realized it was much more serious than that. In fact, the doctor wanted to know if I was having mid-back pain; I responded "No", but this evening, I am having pain in my back but am hoping the Biactin will take care of this. And extra water, AZO and Extra-Strength Tylenol. Many thanks to the knowledgeable and friendly MD and efficient, kind staff.

Excellent staff from arrival, through departure, cheerful, efficient and quick to answer all my questions. Quick, I was in and out in less than 30 mins, with the prescribed medication. Clean everywhere I was taken.

We were very happy with our patient service & wait time. We were in and out with an X-ray and disk copy in about an hour. Friendly desk front girls, doctor & doctors assistant. Will return for our urgent care needs. Thank you!

The folks at Marque are very nice and professional. While it takes a little bit of time to wait to see a Doctor (even with an appointment) the overall experience was very good. The Doctor that took care of me was very helpful and informative as were the technician and nurse that attended to me. Thank you for taking care of me. Nice to have you so close to my office.

Excellent in every way

Good people and very professional. Got injured at work. Only thing I would ask is that the doctor is more direct with me. Found out how injured I was from my boss. Overall very happy as I'm writing a positive review on my phone with a broken hand.

The office was clean and tidy. There was minimal wait time with an appointment. Both the nurse and doctor were friendly and helpful with my urgent care needs. I would definitely return to this office.

I had been sick for a week, the sickest I have been in 2 years . I'm not one to miss work but I was out of work for a good 7 days. I'm new to the area so I just googled urgent cares in my area and found this one. I took a chance because well let's be honest most urgent cares aren't good. But this one was different, the staff was amazing, they were all kind and passionate from the front desk to the nurses to the physicians. I was asked to follow up the next day and I had a new doctor. She was very proactive with a goal to making me get better. I had to do iv fluids and the nurse I believe Kylie was so gentle and made sure I was comfortable while I laid there for an hour. I've just never been to an urgent care with organizationed wait times and staff that actually cared about my wellness. Thanks to them I got better in two days. I will never go to any other urgent care. Thank you all for your patience, compassion and knowledge. You impacted my thoughts about most urgent cares.

I love this care facility. I have not had one bad doctor. They all have cared and taken the time with me to make me better. Of course our favorite is Dr Simms. We first met her when our son fell off his bike and got gravel in his chin at 5 years old. At the age of 24 he still goes to Marque Medical. You can make an appointment on line. And not miss any time off from work.

The staff at Marque is always very kind. The place is clean and the doctors are great. Usually the wait time is not very long. This is always my first choice when I’m not feeling well.

I came almost crawling into Marque Aliso Viejo with what apparently was my first (and hopefully my last) kidney stone. I did a bit of Internet research when my side started hurting, so that was my guess in advance, but it was ridiculously painful and pretty much freaked me out, as I couldn't be sure what the heck was going on and I certainly wasn't thinking completely clearly with the pain. As bad as the pain was, I was OK driving, just was really, really uncomfortable, so I called Marque, they set up a same day appointment. I figured if it turned out to be super-serious they would figure out what to do with me. Everyone was efficient, highly professional yet empathetic. They saw me surprisingly quickly considering how many other patients in pain or not feeling well showed up at the same time. This means that they were definitely sufficiently staffed, which seems rare these days for almost everywhere. They figured out the issue right away, for once the Internet was correct and it was a kidney stone, and they gave me a strategy and some medication to try to pass the stone through the plumbing as quickly as possible. They were also very ready to work with me on pain management, and reviewed my options, including, if I wanted it, an immediate pain shot. I went with no shot and a pretty low-level non-narcotic prescription painkiller selection, but it was reassuring to know that if I just couldn't handle the pain, they were there for me, just needed to come back in. As the saying goes, this too shall pass, and I drank a lot of water and took the meds and tried to relax and almost exactly 7 days to the minute that all the pain started the sharp pains suddenly subsided and I was just left with a dull ache. Needless-to-say, I hope I never have to go back because who wants to have to need an urgent care clinic, but if I do need help and my primary care doctor can't see me, I'll be at their door, even if it means driving by other urgent care clinics to get there.

I went online and searched Urgent Care near me. Marque Urgent Care came up and reviewing the other yelp reviews decided to give them a try. I went in this morning and immediately the staff welcomed me to the center and was able to get me in and out of the center within 30 mins. The staff was so friendly and caring and truly appreciated the quick turnaround time to get in and out as I was not feeling well. Thank you again!

The Doctor was so thorough and careful. She researched to be sure there were no drug interactionswith the other drugs I was taking. I had a high level of confidence. Thank you.

Well other than having sliced my finger open and needing to get 6 stitches I had a great experience at Marque. The staff was warm and friendly and the office was clean. The TVs in the room were nice to help pass the time. For not having an appointment and just walking in my wait time was minimal. Shout out to Pasha for the great care and company. He was kind and polite. He even took the time to clean the blood and betadine off my ring. In my opinion hats above and beyond. He was careful to make sure he was not hurting me when he cleaned up my hand. Dr Wade was efficient and thorough. Overall great experience. Thanks!

It was just a very easy and enjoyable experience. Great facility. I liked the big screen tv in the waiting room and in the patient rooms. Staff was really nice. Doctor did a great job. Felt comfortable there.

Best care I've ever received at an Urgent care facility. They were professional on time . The Nurse and the Doctor were extremely compassionate and thorough. I'm so glad I know about this place now.
