I’ve been using your “care center” for more than a dozen years. I’m on the board of directors @ HOAG usually I’m bringing my kids for treatment. Today.....I was sick. I had a smart & personable dr (I can’t remember her name?) Usually Allison Simms or Dr Lindsay (who’s retired) Today I feel so lucky to have received treatment by your caring staff.... I do not have a Primary Care doctor at present. Marque Urgent Care was very helpful in treating me for a respiratory infection. Very considerate staff, very personable and professional.

Very fast and efficient. I went for a medication refill. There was a wait to see the doctor so they offered a telemedicine option that spend things up and was quite efficient. The doctor on the other end was very helpful and conscientious. I appreciated their trying to expedite things. The service was excellent.

Last time I was there for my allergy I loved the facility, doctor, staff and facility. So having a bladder infection this time I knew I would return to this facility. Again it was top notch with a great doctor, staff and facility.

This is a clean office with friendly staff. Only had to wait 10 min on a Friday night. Dr Wilson and Kyle (dr. Assistant) was very good at listening to my 6 year old explain his issue.

My experience was excellent. I made an appointment online in the morning and was taken promptly for my 1pm appointment. The entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and professional. Dr. Alterman was fantastic. I knew my toe was in good hands.

We I walked in the receptionist at the front desk was very nice and very helpful and very professional. The nurse that helped me was very attentive to my needs and super polite and very sweet. Everyone there made my visit Pleasant.

We love Dr. Nathan Kiskila, Dr. Porzio and rest of the staff. Please continue to look after your patients with care and patience. Line is not long for now so hopefully it stays that way. They call you for the lab results and explain further without rushing. 2 thumbs up!

The front office was friendly and professional. The back office and nurse were very friendly and professional. The doctor (Ali) was exceptional. He tested various aspects of my injury, explained in detail what he felt was going on and I was extremely glad I got him as the attending doctor.

The front office staff was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. You can't ask for more when trying to navigate through this process. The nurse was caring and efficient. Five stars, this is a fantastic place. Thanks again! (p.s. I never take the time to write reviews but this staff deserves recognition)

I was quite impressed with the quick ability to be seen by medical staff and that initial paperwork was filled out electronically via a tablet handed to you by staff. It was also refreshing that narcotic medications weren’t automatically offered for pain relief (unlike most emergency rooms).

Office was nice and clean . Staff was friendly. Doctor was great . Only problem was with filling prescription. My insurance didn't want to cover them, something to do with doctor not being on their list.

Second time in and another excellent experience. Arrived a few minutes after official closing time yet both friendly receptionist and caring doctor willingly stayed late to take care of a cut thumb. Nothing but the most positive of impressions.

Love Marque Urgent Xare Centers both aliso Biekk and Mission Viejo. Clean office!! Wonderful staff and awesome doctors. And try twirl all patients in as fast as possible. Wonderful waiting rooms as well.

I have had good experience with Marque Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita. The staff is efficient and accurate in processing insurance and prescriptions, and the doctors are experienced.

I had minimal wait time, Dr.Wade was most helpful and his suggestions and prescription cleared up my problem. I really liked him. And watching HGTV on the television while waiting was much better than reading 3 month old women's magazines like at other medical offices.

Being from out of state I wasn't sure what to expect, but Once the paperwork was filled out I had to wait but a few moments before seeing the doctor. He took his time probing with the right questions and physical examination before arriving at his prognosis. I felt he was very thorough and was happy with the outcome. Three hours after taking the prescribed medications my symptoms have already improved. Overall the staff were very professional and courteous and I could not be happier with the outcome.

This was my first time using a medical provider in the US as I’m from Canada. I was very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, from the receptionist to the medical staff. I really appreciated their assistance with dealing with my insurance provider and dealing with the billing. The doctor was also very helpful with offering treatment options. I’d highly recommend the Buena Park clinic for local residents and visitors. Thank you!

Clean facility, super friendly staff, and T.V. to watch while your waiting both in the reception area and the exam rooms!! Plus water, coffee, or tea! Hopefully I won't need to return, but if I do need an urgent care, I wouldn't hesitate going back here.

I couldn't have had a better experience at the mission Viejo location of marque urgent care. The staff was extremely friendly and seemed to be genuinely invested in my well being. They were quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. My doctor (whom I can't remember her name at the moment, she was a pretty blond with a nice smile) was just lovely. Friendly and genuine, asking all the right questions and giving me fantastic advice for things I didn't even come in for like this persistent cough I had from the flu. I will absolutely be coming back here and recommend it to all my friends in the area. Thank you for everything you do!

Really enjoyed my visit to Marque at Newport Beach even though I was under the weather. They offered me tea, and I didn't have to wait too long. Doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me antibiotics. Marque was very clean and I'm glad I went there.

Place anywhere you wish.... Dr. Porzio and entire team were awesome. Felt like I was it was my own family caring for me. Came in with a 180/100 BP and they diagnosed and resolved. And it was quick. I was asked if I had a my own general practitioner doctor, I said yes, "You and the team." I'm good right here. Thanks Marque!!! PS:Glad I had a blood pressure monitor at home. Highly recommend for those moments when you are not sure.

The doctor I saw was very concerning and wished he had the proper equipment to check my eye. He said it was ordered but never came. Everyone was great kind and helpful. I think the price was way to high for a 5 minute go to er visit. If the clinic had the equipment the doctor had ordered and was able to check my eye to make sure I didn't have something that would cause blindness I wouldn't mind paying that amount. I feel like I was taken advantage of and nothing I can do about it. I spent 4 hrs in er to get eye drops. It will make me think twice before I go there again. My wife goes there all the time and usually gets what she needs.
