Very pleased with the care.

The physician (Dr. Sean Pennwell) and staff were absolutely professional, caring and helpful. I came when the center just opened at 7:00 and was the only patient. Actually I was 5 minutes early and they happily let me in! The new facility is perfectly clean and professional.

Physician and staff was great! Person that was seen before me took over an hour, seems like they should have gone to their primary doctor not an urgent care. Really sucked to wait over an hour once in th room when told I was next and it would be between 10-15 min.

Very pleasant experience. Staff was helpful and friendly, the doctor was outstanding he told me everything he was doing, made me feel comfortable. I liked him a lot, Facility was clean and nicely decorated. Short wait time. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone.

THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS REALLY NICE REALLY HELPFUL, OFFERED WATER AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. I WENT BACK THE VERY NEXT MORNING BECAUSE I WAS NOT FEELING BETTER AND THE DOCTOR TOOK THE TIME TO REALLY LOOK INTO MY CONDITION AND CHANGED MY PRESCRIPTION IMMEDIATELY, WHICH MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. I have brought family members to this clinic before but this time I was the patient. I had an excellent experience. The front desk receptionist was welcoming and efficient. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before seeing the doctor. The doctor diagnosed my problem and spent some time discussing related health issues. X-rays were taken as a precaution and interpreted right away. I left feeling better already. Thank you!

Reserving your time online makes going to the urgent care much less stressful! Was in and out in less than an hour when in the past with other urgent cares you are waiting for 2 or more hours. Convenient and helpful.

I am so Happy to have you right out side the gate of Coto De Caza. I met the best Doctor I Love Dr Dorcas Eves. I have had a few falls and cut my arms twice. She has been there for me, and healed my wooms with a very professional and Great resultes. I know she is only at this location on Tuesday. And Thursday. No matter what happens to me in the future, I will wait to see her. Her assistants Frank and Megan are just as nice.The office assistants are always pleasant. The place is always clean, and everyone is so very friendly and acomindating.i have told a lot of my friends about Dr Dorcas Eaves, and they were very impressed with her professionalism. By the way the cuts on my arms were only by falling watering my garden as I have very thin skin. Ouch but Dr Dorcas Eaves, says, to me, Bobbie, now was happened.

Dr. Buda was very helpful understanding and explaining my problem and reassuring . Highly recommend Marque having been treated several times. They are excellent and staff too.

I have always have a kind experience here. I having a head injury andbnever I do feel shame of my deficits at Marque. Nursing staff always do giid intake and then doctor comes in and kind understand if my cognitive issues. I have be here several of times and ALWAYS great comfort experience! Tammy

I have been to Marque Medical in Rancho Santa Margarita several times and each time has been a good experience. The staff is very efficient and helpful and the doctors I've seen have all been very good. I especially appreciate Dr. Eaves, as she seems extremely knowledgeable and caring. Our family doctor is much farther away and it's so nice to have this facility so close to our home. I feel that it's very well-run and I encourage others to give it a try.

I selected this urgent care provider because they were recommended by my insurance provider and they offered same-day appointment scheduling. I was added to the waiting list before I arrived at the clinic. When I arrived, I was overall very impressed by all of the staff. Medical care was streamlined and friendly. The doctor provided excellent suturing of my accidental cut and rapid scheduling of my follow-up.

My visit with the Urgent Care today was a good experience the people there had good customer service.
