Great quality of care. Saw the doctor through video conferencing And it was a very good experience. The staff was concerned, Helpful, did their best to give me attention and good service. The facility was clean and up to date.

I was visiting p b on vaca and developed a bladder infection. Found you through the recommendation of a cousin who lives in p b. She brought me to you. I was relieved there was no line as I was in quite a bit of pain and discomfort. I was seen promptly and professionally. Was thankful you accepted my insurance. Was happy for a prompt diagnosis and thankful you had meds on hand, even though they were pricier than if I had bought elsewhere. But it was a huge convenience so I was willing to pay. My only suggestion is that you provide more info with the meds. I did my own research and discovered I should not be taking my vitamins high in zinc while taking this medication as it reduces the efficacy. Would not have known that otherwise.

As always, the desk staff was friendly, helpful, and processing was quick. Most important, the doctor was excellent in discussioning the issue and the options, taking a very cautious but satisfactory approach.

As always, everyone at Marque is professional and very friendly. It makes my visit that much easier.

The treatment was very smooth and easy. I was seen after shortly after completing my paperwork and the staff was very nice. The Dr. was very helpful and pinned down my issue quickly and gave me clear treatment options.

Fastest and best urgent care experience I've ever had!

I woke up this morning and knew immediately I should go to the doctor. I knew my GP was closed so googled the nearest urgent care opened early. Marque Medical came up first with good reviews. Made my appointment online and headed over to the office. I am new to this area so ended up calling for direct directions. Check in went fast my name was already on the board. Dr. Eaves and the two technicians,Lindsay, took such God care of me. I did not leave until my breathing was easier and was sent home to rest. Diagnosis "bronchitis" I had no idea. I have been to Marque Medical before my visit today. I have always been very happy with their services. The staff and doctors are excellent! I especially like Dr Eaves she's very kind and professional. I think she is a too doctor anywhere in this area.

I had a very positive experience when I visited your clinic last weekend. The staff was very very nice and as I was the only patient in the clinic at the time; I didn't have to wait but maybe 15minutes. The Dr was also very nice and prescribed some antibiotics for an infection and I was on my way. The clinic is so convenient for me as it is only 3 minutes from my home. I will definately use it again if need be

I realized I had made a mistake putting off seeing a doctor earlier in the day, for my symptoms were getting worse. When I arrived at Marque Medical that evening, the front office staff were waiting for me. Completing the paperwork was done quickly with sense of urgency. The doctor and staff were friendly and understanding. I left knowing my medical condition was properly diagnosed.

Each time I come to Marque I have been so impressed by the receptionist, technicians and Doctors. A very well run and pleasant office and so close for me.

I was happy to find this Urgent Care center near me. They are open later than most, so that was a plus for me. I had a recent appendix surgery and my incision was infected. When I noticed this, my doctors office was already closed. I came here and was taken care of. I was given antibiotics (a shot and prescription). The office is new and clean, the girls at the front desk were helpful, the nurse and doctor took care of business.

I had recreived an advertised message about Marque Urgent Care from the mail. I recently became extremely ill. I thought I would be fine since I had a flu shot, pneumonia shot ..as well as a shingles shot. However after being out in a public setting, a person seated near me coughed none stop during a concert. Yep, I came down with the same awful upper respiratory condition. I called my doctor and discovered he was no longer in business. I needed help immediately. I remembered the recent mailing from Marque Urgent Care. It was close by as I noticed it on Marguetite Parkway near Trader Joe's. I went in early and filled out a short form and yes they take Medicare. They are brand new. Everything is fresh and clean. The doctor was very skilled and knew exactly what I needed. They even ask you if you would like to purchase your meds through them. I made the mistake of getting the meds through the local pharmacy which cost me $10.00 more. Next time I will purchase meds through them. When you do not feel well, it is a hassle to go to a pharmacy and wait in line. I noticed M-F they are open from 7AM to 10PM. My doctor closed his office at 5:00pm and yes they are even open on the weekends. This was a very good experience for me as I was very fatigued and needed help fast. I highly recommend Marque Urgent Care as I know they deserve a five star rating. See for yourself; you will not be disappointed. There is no long wait, clean environment, nice receptionist, skilled doctors and it is a one stop shop as pharmacy needs are available. The staff was extremely friendly and very warm. They made me feel calm and relaxed. My appointment was on time, and it was very easy to fill out the paperwork on the Ipad. The office was very clean and comfortable, and I would definitely recommend Marque Medical to my friends and family. It was my first time at the facility, and they treated me like I was a member of the family.

I am always impressed by the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the facility. I made an appointment ahead of time and was taken in right away, as always. I saw Dr. Dorcas Eaves today, and I never felt like I was being rushed out like in some offices. She took the time to carefully listen to my concerns, and offered the advice I needed. I am thankful for the great care I received! Thank you!

Excellent service. Everybody very efficient and very kind, from the secretary at the reception desk, to the nurses and doctors. I certainly recommend it.
