I required stitches after an accident and was taken care of promptly. Dr. Sims is wonderful --- I wish she was my primary care doctor! She had me return to the office several times for rechecks and even called me at home to see how I was feeling. Thank you!

I've visited Marque Medical twice and saw Dr. Mohtadi both times. My experiences have been wonderful! Friendly receptionists, friendly nurses, caring doctor, and the facility is very clean and inviting. My grandmother grew up with and is close friends with Dr. Kiskila's mother. Small world!

We have always had a very positive experience when visiting Marque Urgent Care Aliso Viejo. Not only is every member of the staff friendly, courteous, & professional, our wait time has been minimal regardless if we walked in or had an appt. All our kids from the 2 year old to the 20 year old feel comfortable and well treated on their visits. We are very greattful for the office in our neighborhood. I highly recommend Marque Medical to my friends.

I am quite happy with my experience at Marque Medical urgent care. The Staff seemed very competent and helpful, and very friendly. I didn't have to wait long to be seen even without an appointment. The nurses and helpers were very nice, and the doctor listened carefully to my medical history and seemed very determined to find the best solution for my problem. The facility is not the newest building, but definitely clean and well-equipped.

What a wonderful experience! I saw Dr. Kskila this morning. He and all the staff were friendly, considerate, and caring. I was treated with respect and great consideration. Being the widow of an MD, and having worked in the medical field for years, I do tend to "critique" when I am in a medical facility. I have nothing but great things to say about Dr. Kiskila and everyone in the office. You all are the greatest! And, yes, I am starting to feel much better already! Thank you so very much!

Upon my arrival, my husband and I were promptly greeted by two friendly and smiling staff members. They were both very helpful and accommodating. The facility was bright and very clean. I was seen by the MD, Dr Kiskila, within 15 minutes of my arrival. He was calm and reassuring. He assessed my injury, and thoroughly explained my treatment options. He made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with my treatment. He provided thorough discharge instructions and I was given contact information in this event that I had any concerns or questions after discharge. The care that I received was above my expectations. This excellence in patient care is what patients should expect to receive when seeking medical assistance. Thank You for the excellent care that each staff member provided.

I came in yesterday 4/13/16 for eye drops because of a red eye. The two women at the front desk were so cute and nice, the one even talked to my mom on the phone for me to explain the insurance situation :) both were adorable and made me laugh in the waiting room haha. The nurse and doctor were also great, I was in and out quickly so I could get on with the rest of my day. My prescription was immediately sent over to CVS and I was able to pick it up within a half hour! Overall a very easy experience!

The ladies at the front desk were so helpful and friendly. They even made me a cup of pomegranite tea while I waited and still took me in as an out of network exception. I will visit them for all my ailments!

This is my first visit to the clinic as a walk-in. I was attended timely and the medical staff is very friendly, helpful and competent. The facility is nice and high tech (paperless)!

First time at this facility. Googled an Urgent Care close by rather than going up to Mission Hospital area. Online it showed how long the wait time was and there was NONE. My daughter drove me over and by then there was just one person ahead of me. The reception staff was lovely and got me started on the paperwork (electronic...thank you!) very quickly. I waited a short time after that for the xray tech then another short wait to see the doctor. I was very satisfied with the level of care I recieved. The doctor was very nice and took his time; I did not feel rushed at all. The facility was extremely clean. I would definitely recommend Marque Urgent Care.

My experience here was excellent; we were seen quickly and the nurse and doctor provided effective care and advice for my little one.
