Everyone was great ESPECIALLY the girls at the front desk who comforted me and make hot tea. I'd come in with a fractured forearm and was quite distressed. The medical staff were also great but those girls deserve a medal.

My trip to Marque Medical was excellent. I am from Pittsburgh visiting my son who lives here. I walked in with no appointment and was greeted by a fantastic, friendly receptionist. She was very efficient and helpful in filling out the paperwork. I only waited about 5 min for the nurse to take me to the examining room, and another couple minutes for the doctor to arrive. They were both great and had me on my way in about 10 min. The doctor called in a prescription to a local pharmacy, and it was ready for me when I arrived there. My whole experience could not have gone smoother.

A special thank you to the doctor and staff for the care I received during my appointment yesterday I was having breathing/lung issues and the doctor and medical assistants were patient and thorough in making sure my needs were met taken care of. I'm feeling much better today as a result.

Dr.Dorcas EAVES is a very competent and knowledgeable doctor and the treatment plan she recommended for my URI was very effective. She knew what I needed right away and ordered it for me. The front office employee very helpful and gracious. I did not have an appointment and only had to wait 15 minures. Dr. Porzio diagnosed my problem very quickly with printed instructions of care. Very professional and kind.

You don't want to go to urgent care on Christmas Eve, but if you have to make sure you go to Marque Urgent Care. I had been suffering through a strep throat infection the week leading up to Christmas. I was hoping it would just get better, but instead was getting worse each day. Finally on Christmas Eve I decided to seek medical treatment. I called Marque and was greeted by a friendly voice. The receptionist told me the hours and location, and to come in right away. Fifteen minutes later I was in their waiting room along with several other clients. The staff immediately checked me in and gave me paperwork to fill out. This took a few minutes to complete, but I believe I was taken to a waiting room within 15 minutes. The facilities looked nice and a nurse was in to see me within a minute or so. He was extremely professional, friendly and was able to provide a quick diagnosis. The doctor in charge spoke with us about the treatment, as well. I was so happy that they were able to help, and so quickly. It may be busier at other times, but I was lucky that on this particular day the wait was very short. Marque Urgent Care accepts insurance and credit cards, as well. I highly recommend you visit their office should the need arise. (Hopefully not on a holiday or vacation!)

The staff and physician were courteous, prompt and efficient. I was very happy with my first visit here. One minor suggestion I have for Marque is regarding the check-in process which I believe could be more efficient if they took full advantage of the iPads they use when collecting patient information. I had to retype my personal information such as name, etc. at least 4 times. Seems silly on an electronic document.

Top notch quality of care. Easy to access, set up appointment online, prompt confirmation of appointment and timing, with clear instructions in both text and email. Receptionist very efficient and caring, even provided bottled water. The nurse/tech was efficient in taking brief history and vital signs. Dr. Steiner very professional, while still personalizing bedside manner to keep patient at ease. Explained the diagnosis clearly and simply, as well as each step of the procedure and after care instructions. Painless. Great guy. The only 2 improvements I would suggest are: 1) updating/expanding the waiting area and perhaps the exterior of the clinic, but I know the acquisition was in Feb 2016 so maybe this is still being planned. Second, I know the various forms are required by regulation but how about an iPod option with PDF that auto-fills name, insurance, d.o.b., etc. from form to form? Thanks for a great experience. MZ

I was visiting from out of state when I became ill. Marque was able to see me quickly. The office was immaculate, and the staff very efficient. Dr. Eaves took her time with me, listened to my description of symptoms, and took the time needed to explain my medications.

great staff and short wait. I went to the RSM location and there was a 1.5 hr wait, they kindly suggested I go to the MV facility where the wait time was shorter. So glad I did. Staff was great, wait was short.

On travel from Europe and got a very sore throat. My son referred me. Service was quick, with a minimum of admin done directly on an iPad. The Dr. wait was very short. The Dr exam was through and detailed but conducted expediently. His team did a very quick lab test to confirm his analysis. After discussion with me, the Dr chose an appropriate antibiotic. The antibiotic prescription was passed to a local pharmacy of my choice. Easy & professional!

All physicians and staff were extremely welcoming and comforting. I was met with a smile as soon as I walked to the check-in counter. My service was faster than most urgent care offices that I have been to and while I waited (which was no more than 10 minutes) the staff kept me updated on how much longer before the physician came to see me and also offered water and anything else that would make my wait more pleasant. My physician was attentive and comforting, I never felt uncomfortable or judged. After my consultation with the physician, the staff informed me thoroughly on next steps.I also received a call from my physician the next day and the day after to check to see if I was feeling better. I could not have asked for a better experience.
