Everyone working - from the newer staff, to the seasoned staff - have all been extremely kind and helpful. Even if they're busy, they'll check in with you and keep you updated on when the doctor should be seeing you. The doctors always make sure you understand what the situation is before letting you leave. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone I know who lives in the area.

Marque Urgent care is always reliable when I need care for myself or my family during hours where most businesses are closed. The staff and the doctors are excellent and I appreciate the online que for appointments.

Only been to a doctor twice since 1998, both times this year. I looked at different review sites and decided to walk into Marque Urgent Care. Both experiences were 5 out of 5. During my most recent visit, the staff and doctor were very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. The entire experience was exceptional. I view Marque as my primary physician.

I was seen by a doctor very fast. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I received a print out outlining the doctors instructions. Overall, everything went very smoothly.

The entire staff - xray tech, doctor, and receptionist, was really excellent. One of the best medical office experiences I've had. Prompt and friendly. I appreciate the attention to detail that the company clearly emphasizes. Excellent customer service.

The top three considerations above are true of the Ranch Santa Margarita location. The "Quality of Care from Physicians and Staff" was excellent. The "Timeliness of Service" was great! The "Look and Cleanliness of Facility" was very good!

Both the nurse and Dr. Cohen were most gracious and efficient. Particularly impressed with the thoroughness and interest in dealing with my hand pain. Kudos to the staff.

The wait time was quick. The medical staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. The physician that saw me took the time to explain my condition and how he would treat it. I appreciated the care and attention Marque provided me with. Thank you!

I love coming to this clinic. In fact I like to come here over my regular PCP. I like the convenience of online scheduling. The site is easy to use and doesn't require a whole account set up as most places do. The waiting room, patient rooms and bathrooms are always clean and tidy. I was very impressed when the doctor came in. He took the time to review my history and made great recommendations for my concern. He was a great listener, explained things in detail, great bedside manner with my son, and answered all of my questions. He forwarded my prescription to my local pharmacy. I recommend this location all the time. Thanks for your true concern about mine and my son's Health. Oh and thanks for the juice box for my girls.. Blessings Heather

Excellent experience took care of my hip pain

I have been to a couple urgent care centers in RAncho Santa Margarita and found none of them to be near the standard and quality of care that your facility and staff were. I felt the doctor was very experienced and the staff was wonderful all together. And to have a TV in every room while waiting was an added bonus.

Andrew is awesome! He really goes out of his way to find out information about pharmacy hours, billing and assessing patients. Great job!

The visit was fine - everyone was friendly, professional, and as timely as could be.

Quality of care was superb. The nurse, Dr. Penwell, the X-Ray Technician and support staff were exemplary. The nurse, who talked with me to obtain the reason I was there, and took my medical history, was professional, but also, she really cared about me. Her kindness and humor helped to relieve my concern regarding the pain I was enduring. Then, when Dr. Penwell interacted and examined me, his genuine concern and with his demeanor, I knew that I was in great hands. After my X-Ray, he thoroughly explained the reason I was having such severe pain, and assured me that it would cease within the next few days, and that I could continue to take the Ibuprofen in the meantime to ease my pain. I could not have been more pleased and satisfied with Dr. Penwell, the nurse, and the support staff at Marque Urgent Care. I already have told others about my care, and how pleased I am with them. Bless them all!

Great experience to take care of infected cuticle on my finger. Wait times was less 3 min. Nurses and doctor completely professional and explained everything. Facilities very clean. Absolutely zero issues with this place!
