The staff was very friendly and efficient. The Doctor (Davis) very reassuring and seems to know his stuff. Solved my problem in one visit. Reception area needs updating, which I believe there are plans for.

Marque was able to take me in quickly and successfully diagnosed my illness and got me on the correct battery of meds to efficiently cure me. The staff is really caring and called me 3 times to check up on me. Couldn't recommend enough.

Always get in and out within a reasonable time frame. The facilities are clean. The docs very knowledgeable and proactive.

Dr. Cohen was awesome. All the staff were great, friendly and I was in and out pretty quickly. I have been here twice and both of my experiences have been so positive.

Everyone was wonderful on a late Sat nite!! Jessica at the front desk was very courteous and sweet.. the male nurse that flush my ears was very nice and extremely thorough... Dr Wasbin was very sympathetic and right on the diagnosis ..... the best thing was that they had the meds there since all the pharmacies in town and for miles away were closed.. Bravo to Marque Medical..

Very efficient with top quality care. Staff members were very professional and considerate of my well being. Wait time took about 20 mins on a Friday night at 8:15 pm. Facility looks immaculately clean and spotless. I very highly recommend Marque Urgent Care to any of my friends/ family. THANK YOU!

Marque always takes the best care of our family!! We send many people here from our company. The receptionist and Drs are the best. Very thankful and appreciative for Marque Medical. Both receptionist yesterday went way out of the way to help my daughter and I when a medicine couldn't be filled at any pharmacy (due to liquid form). They took their time when very busy happily solving a hard problem for us!!! Great staff!!!! Thank You!!!

I couldn't be more thrilled with you guys. I've only been there twice now, but it's worlds better than where I was going before. When I call I'm greeted with a friendly voice that's patient enough to speak to me kindly on the phone and answer my questions. I think it's brilliant that you offer reservations. While I realize those don't always hold, it's much better than having to just show up and sit there for hours. I also love the tvs in the rooms. You lose track of time and don't mind waiting in there a little longer if needed. The staff at the rsm office is amazing. All super friendly and helpful. This last time you had a patient that was being seen for the last 45 mins and was pushing everyone else back. I was told I might have to wait and hour to 1.5 hours after my reservation time. I had my 13 month old son with me, and waiting that long would have been miserable. But bc I only had a uti, I was able to immediately be go pee in a cup. We waited maybe 3 minutes in the kids room then we're scooted to a room set up with a virtual doctor (awesome!) I was probably in and out in less than 30 minutes. It felt like 15. And with a young toddler, that made such a huge difference. He would have been losing his mind just sitting in his stroller for hours in the waiting room, but instead we were out quickly and I could get him back to our routine. Thank you so much for being so wonderful, and offering such great service. I love that you take advantage of technology and offer ways to make your patients lives easier. Especially when people going to see you are usually not feeling well and just need a kind, helpful place they can go to help get better quickly.

Dr. Alterman was great. Very knowledgable and a very nice guy too. The nurse aide, I believe his name was Anthony, was also great and very helpful. I was in and out is less than 45 minutes. Facility was very clean and nice. I will return here as necessary in the future Thanks to all for a great medical experience Marque Medical!

There was a 2 hour wait but thankfully the receptionist checked us in, and said come back in 2 hours. I think this was very thoughtful. The doctor we saw was exceptional, conmunicated well, was to the point, yet very thorough. I liked how he listened attentively to my son's symptoms, (didn't mentally check out) He listened, which seems to be a lost skill with some doctors Ive seen in the past. I really liked Dr.Stan Was bin and highly recommend Marque urgent care. They really do care!

Very good experience, front office staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is beautiful, the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. I feel like I am in good hands.

Very quick! I was in and out in no time!

This was not my first time at Marque. I felt good about my previous visit to Aliso Viejo office -- good doctor, excellent staff, very efficient experience, unlike any other Urgent Care! Luckily, when we moved away, we found the RSM facility to be 10 minutes away from our new house. Same wonderful experience when I was there once with my husband last year, and now this morning for me. Thank you so much!
