Excellent

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as was the Nurse. The Dr was great and was very patient with my very worried and anxious wife. He really knows how to speak with a stressed mother. His bedside manner was great and my 2 year old boy responded better to him than any other Dr we have seen.

This was the first time I had ever been to any Urgent Care facility and I was surprised. It was a very positive experience. The staff were efficient and friendly, the reception and rooms were clean and pleasant and it didn't take as long a I feared. The doctor was great. Thank you.

Amazing service. Out of town on vacation with an sore throat which ended up being strep and infection. Right away staff provided shots to treat the infection and prescriptions on site. Staff and doctors were extremely nice and fast and efficient. Thank you for the care feeling better already :)

I had a 7 month old daughter with what i thought was an ear infection. I was received in a very very friendly fashion when I walked in and I was helped pretty quickly for being at an instacare. I was in and out of there from start to finish in 30-45 min. Which is unheard of where I am from (utah). The staff at the reception center was SO kind and welcoming and reassuring. The doctor I met with was very thorough in his diagnosis and he also was very kind. He prescribed me an antibiotic that I knew my kids don't react well to and when I asked if we could change it to a different one he was so understanding and did what was best for us which gave me so much peace of mind. We were just visiting but if I am in San Diego in the future and need an instacare I will definitely go there again.

My experience at the Urgent Care was very good. The wait was very brief. I was very pleased with Dr. and friendliness of staff. Dr. Hooshmsnd was thorough and kind., and it was convenient that I could get my medication while there. Office was very clean.

I came into your urgent care with a severe migraine that had lasted several days, and I was at the end of my rope. One of the nurses, Brooke, at the Aliso Creek office, recognized me (I had been in once before a month prior) and immediately set abut making my visit as comfortable as possible, closing the blinds (I was very light sensitive), turning off the TV, had a cloth all ready to put over my eyes, asked if I needed an ice pack, etc. she was so sweet, efficient, and understanding of my condition. I have had other nurses that were very nice and accommodating as wel, but certainly NONE that went so above and beyond their calling at such a prompt manner as she. If all nurses were as good as Brooke was, the urgent care experience would be an enjoyable one that almost makes the patient forget that they are feeling terrible and in need of medical attention. I fully intend on stopping by again when I am feeling well just to say hello to Brooke, and she is such a genuine and sweet person that all nurses at your locations should be trained by her on patient interactions. Made my day (and migraine) miles better, and I have no doubt she helped expedite my recovery by her great bedside manner and efficient inquiries about my condition. If you have any rewards at all for your employees for going vibe and beyond their calling, this young woman deserves all that and more. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience (that I did not expect to be one considering my terrible migraine)!

Came down with bronchitis and was lucky enough to have Marilee and Dr Eaves. Marilee was very comforting and extremely knowledgable and informative and answered all of my questions. She is the best nurse. My daughter really likes Marilee and Dr Eaves. Dr. Eaves took excellent care of me and my daughter who wears braces and got hit in the mouth. I came down with bronchitis. I made an appointment and was seen shortly. This is not the first time I have needed emergency care during closing hours of my primary and this was during a holiday. Over all I had a great experience when I felt my worse. I have recommended this ER care to others who shared the same experience. Hands-down the best urgent clinic around. Very professional staff, educated medical staff, and you're not made to feel like you're gone this is an inconvenience. They're very professional and very competent. I could not recommend this place more highly

there is nowhere else i would go to be treated than the facility that employs Dr. Dorcas Eaves. She is a compassionate, learned medical professional with decades of experience. I was treated at 7:30 AM on a Saturday morning and all of the staff from the receptionist to the billing agent to the assistant who gave me 2 PAIN FREE injections were A+++. I am thankful for this care center in our community.

I was so impressed with how thorough Dr. Hooshmad was. She really listened and took her time. I've been sick for several months (pneumonia, bronchitis, virus, whatever)and my regular doctor seemed too rushed to realize or just didn't care that I wasn't getting better. So, after 4 visits to my regular doctor in the last 3 months, I finally gave up and tried your urgent care facility, just hoping for something to calm down the constant coughing. The level of care I received at your Urgent Care facility was 100% better than that of the doctor I've been going to for 15 years. It was such a relief to have someone pay attention and I finally feel like I am on the road to recovery! Thank you so much.

I showed up for both a respiratory fit test and a work physical and was seen within 10 minutes of arriving. Both the nurse and the doctor I saw were warm, friendly, and very efficient in conducting the tests and physical. Overall, my visit went quickly, smoothly, and enjoyably. Couldn't have asked for more from a doctor visit.

I have just relocated from abroad to the Newport Area and I was super impressed with the service I received at Marque Urgent Care. The nurse was charming, the doctor was a lovely lady, friendly and professional. Diagnosed me with sinus and ear infection, sent my prescription to chemist who had it ready when I got there. Impeccable service and no wait to be seen. The premises are very clean and modern. Perfect ! thank you for your help !

Nice people, very clean, professional doctors and nurses.

I have visited 3 times. The Dr on call address the issue in a timely matter. I am greatful for the assistance issued. One time i did get worse. Rapidly, I received an anti inflammatory shot, meth pregisone medicine, synthetic steroid for the face, ... logical choice. My eyes swelled shut, next day, my face appeared as if i had a stroke, the left side of my face drooping. I would like to find out the cause of flare up. Saw the optomologist nurse she stated it was fine, she took it. I kept feeling worse, i went to get fresh air,Ended up in the er by ambulance unconscious. Another flare, saw my optomologigist, then a dermatologist and so far my eyes arent swelling, no hives. Antibodics prescribed allergic reaction, new antibodics, prescription , diligent with eye scrubs,multiple eye drop prescriptions. My optomologigist also prescribed steroid eye gel, 6 months prior, bad reaction. Maybe, after oct 2009, a solution has been found. I hope this is the end of the question, and a solution has been found.

Reservation/Appointment easily made. Office is clean and up to date. Wait time is minimal. Staff and Dr's all very friendly and professional.
