Quick and painless!

My wife and I were very nervous that our little 1yr 1/2 old baby boy hurt his ankle and the entire staff made us feel very calm and were very professional. They all put us at ease, from the front desk being kind to the nurses and the doctor. The whole experience even the X-ray was very easy and my little boy enjoyed the play room very much while we filled out paperwork. The entire staff was very sweet to him and my wife. Thank you for your help.

The quality of care I received was excellent from all staff. I made an appointment beforehand so there was virtually no wait. All members I encountered were friendly, helpful and empathetic to my condition. The facility was extremely clean and sanitary as far as I saw. I would recommend Marque Urgent Care to anyone in need of immediate medical assistance.

The receptionist was extremely busy but cordial and thorough. Our nurse knew exactly how to 'work' with my son and was efficient and friendly as was our Doctor. Pleasant and efficient visit all in under 45 min!

Marque Medical always exceeds my expectations. The wait is short, the staff is very professional, and the doctors are very good and smart. Whether it is the flu or another ailment, I always leave with a game plan and a sense of satisfaction - 100% of the time.

I am always impressed with the kind staff, sound pragmatic medical advice, no unnecessary charges, expeditious service and follow up. I have been coming here for years. Today I had a medical concern that would have required several visits to my OB's office just to conclude testing a. Marquis got me right in, charged me a 8th of what my OB's estimate was due to their sequence schedule of tears (ultra sound first) and my problem and concerns were resolved within an hour. Thank you so much.

Extremely friendly staff!!! Beautiful office, very clean and bright. It was very easy filling out paperwork, all done on a tablet with a stylus. I had my two year old daughter with me because I didn't have anyone to watch her at the time and they were very accommodating. Didn't mind I brought her with me to my sick visit. No long wait, and even if there was going to be a wait there is a screen showing your place in line to see a physician. Overall a great experience, especially while not feeling good! The doctor was understanding and checked me while a two year old sat in my lap. The nurses were also putting her at ease as she was nervous while they checked me. Would definitely go back and recommend to friends and family!!!!

Quick and efficient. To be able to make an appointment online really helped me tremendously without suffering in the waiting room for hours. Dr Cohen was very caring and helpful. She assessed my illness quickly and I was able to provide the necessary information to my primary physician in a followup appointment. Thank you helping me get well. I will post this on Yelp but it will be under a different name.

This is the first time I visited Marque Medical. It was a positive experience; the wait time was minimal; the staff friendly and the doctor very informative and accommodating!

Dr. Porzio, A friend of mine Lisa Sutton referred me into your group this past Saturday. I was suffering from a throat, ear and eye infection. I was a walk in and received expert attention and diagnosis from Dr. Sims. I loved the results and feel so much better already. In addition to this you are the doctor that took part in saving my mom's life 4 1/2 years ago at Hoag Hospital. My mom is Bette Durbin, she is doing great and still talks about you. She had congestive heart diagnosis at the time and received a quadruple bypass, a new valve and pacemaker through your orchestration, Dr. Joyo and Dr. Ichhaporia. Thank you and I know that is why I was sent in your direction last Saturday! Chris

I was treated promptly and taken well care of by the whole staff and the physician was very compassionate. They really made me feel comfortable in an unfortunate situation.

Staff was professional and courteous on the phone and when I arrived. I didn't have to wait long to see the physician. Appreciated that the antibiotics that I needed were stocked there so that I didn't have to go to the pharmacy.

Great experience all around. We were on vacation in Newport, my daughter felt like she came down with strep. Marque got up in and out in about an hour from arriving. Good facility with very professional, friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I moved to southern California a few weeks ago, and my medical benefits at my new job had not kicked in yet, so I found myself at Marque Urgent Care due to a case of strep throat. It was so simple to make my online appointment. I was seen immediately upon arrival and completion of my electronic paperwork. The facility is modern, clean, and very pleasant. The front office employee was very kind and personable. When checking out, I was given a very nice discount for paying in full, and that was a big help with the cost. The doctor and nurse/tech were very kind and thorough. They sent me home with a diagnosis and medication. All in less than 30 minutes. It was a completely enjoyable experience, and I left feeling that I received the help that I needed.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Thankful I didn't have to wait too long. Intake nurse very sweet and helpful. (Told me I didn't look my age at 70!) Dr. Kiskila took his time with me and answered all my questions. Gave me a prescription that should help with my yeast infection. Only problem was since I am new to the area, I couldn't find your place very easily.

Best Urgent Care I've ever been to

The Physicians are great and highly talented, we met Dr Eaves and she is very knowledgable and she takes good time to explain you everything about what's going on. The front desk is again very friendly and polite, we have two small kids so imagine taking them both to urgent care and getting a treatment is always a big task for us, but Marque RSM made things easy for us, they are very friendly and they have a kids room to entertain my kids. More than anything the trust they are building with us is great, whenever we have a problem with any health issue the first place we think is Marque RSM because of two things 1) The confidence we have on their staffs 2) The flexibility timing they operate.
