I Love this place! The staff and the Doctors are awesome. They took good care of me. I also went back in on day 2 due to pain I was having. They took me right in and did not charge me another office visit, I would recommend to everyone to go here before going to some hospital. Thank you Margo

Probably the best experience in an Urgent Care that I have ever had!! The ladies at the front desk smiled and were super friendly. The nurses and doctors were friendly, very professional, patient. I wasn't there for anything critical but they still treated me as though they cared. The facility was very welcoming, clean, and modern. Loved that HGTV was on the TV's! Awesome facility and staff...wish I could use them for my regular healthcare! Thank you for a great experience!

My whole family uses Marque, but this was my first trip. the wait time was manageable and the office visit was thorough and the DR explained everything well while providing options for care. vary happy w/the experience.

Physicians and staff are of the highest quality; they are thorough and kind. I routinely refer them to my friends and family! The office is immaculate. I wish all healthcare experiences and offices were like this. They are the GOLD standard!

I took a bad fall and feared I might have broken my wrist. I have a good friend who recommended Marque highly, so I went there rather than Hoag. I was being seen by a doctor within 15 minutes of arriving. They even have an x-ray facility on site. I was out the door in about 45 minutes with a follow up appointment scheduled. My personal doctor could not match the service or convenience.

I inly had to wait a very short time the day after Christmas. Drove up from Mission Viejo because your web site said it would be a short wait on such a busy day. Aliso Viejo had a 300 minute wait time and your office was 30 minutes. Then I met with Dr. Eaves. Such an amazing person. I never felt rushed and she explained everything. Office people were very polite and took extra time to locate my neighborhood pharmacy since I didn't have their address or number. I won't think twice about using your facility again and will recommend it to family and friends.

Marque is the only urgent care that I will go to. I'm so happy to have a professional, reliable urgent care in town. Your office staff is caring and professional. Your Doctors are wonderful. I've had a good experience on Wednesday when back from an overseas trip, I came back very sick. Both the receptionist and the doctor's assistant were very sweet and friendly. I was the 2nd patient so my wait was not long. I then met with Dr. Cohen and she was very nice, pleasant and I felt she genuinely cared about me. She gave me the antibiotics I needed to feel better and after 3 days on it, I have finally recovered and feel so much better. Overall my experience there was very good. I do not have a particular MD so this is where I come when I am sick as I know the doctors will take good care of me. I am so happy to have Marque in Aliso Viejo.

I came to Marque Medical with upper abdominal pain, which I'd been experiencing for about twelve days. I thought I had gastritis, which I'd had several times in the past. I was already on two gastritis medications that had been prescribed by another urgent-care doctor. The meds were not helping, so I assumed I needed antibiotics. But Dr. Porzio said he would have prescribed exactly what I was already taking, and that if they weren't working, I needed an endoscopy. He referred me to a gastroenterologist, who saw me the next day and prescribed both the endoscopy and bloodwork and two imaging tests. I am now in the process of having those tests. I'm pleased to be having advanced tests that will determine what's really going on in my abdomen. If Dr. Porzio had simply given me the antibiotic I wanted, it might mask the pain but it wouldn't diagnose or fix the actual problem. So I appreciate his insistence that I needed further testing. Thank you Dr. Porzio for being straightforward with me about what direction I should go.

I initially went to Marque because it was on my way home. I live in Anaheim. I work in Laguna Niguel. The place is beautiful. Nicest looking urgent care facility I have seen. There was a hiccup that was fixed quickly. I did not have a credit card but I have excellent health insurance. The front desk person had to get permission before admitting me. I was little annoyed by this because I had already been waiting for 15 minutes and I was really sick. It was resolved without further discussion and I was seen right after that. The medical care was excellent. I took a flu test that came back negative. However, on my way home from Marque, the doctor called me to tell me that I indeed tested positive for the flu. She faxed a new prescription to my pharmacist. I do not feel that that was a mistake, they corrected it immediately. Put me back on course.

I came in late Saturday night and was treated with such care and such efficiency I will definitely return my only complaint is that this can't be my primary care location. In particular the LVN working that night whose name was Brook was absolutely amazing she was kind caring and tender considering the state I was in. The doctor was very straightforward and did not waste time making sure I got the care I need and this was the best overall medical visit I've had in a very long time. I was seeing very rapidly and everything seemed very clean
