My third visit due to a hand laceration. Everyone was wonderful. The facility is pristine and offers easy access. The only thing I might mention is that with each visit, my blood pressure was never taken. Perhaps of small matter, yet this has been an ongoing health issue for which I take 2 daily medications! My developmentally disabled adult daughter saw Dr. Simms today at the Newport Beach office. My family have been going to Marque Medical for several years as an Urgent Care facility. I was more than impressed today with the upbeat attitudes of the three ladies in the front office. They informed me how many patients were ahead of us and the approximate wait time. Even gave us cold water. We waited a short time and then were seen by Dr. Simms. She is outstanding with my daughter who is developmentally disabled. To the point, prescribed the medication and sent electronically to the pharmacy. A very positive experience. Thank you Dr. Simms and staff

I needed surgical clearance for a surgery scheduled 5 days later. My own doctor would not fit me into his schedule so I went on line to Marque where I was able to book my appointment on line, choose what time I wanted to come in and was able to get in that day, within hours. I received an automated text to confirm my appointment along with a link to change it. I realized I was running late so used the link and was able to change it in about 1 minute with absolutely no hassle. The check in process was also high tech. Instead of filling in laborious paperwork by hand, they give you an IPAD where you supply everything they need electronically. While I was doing that, they checked my insurance and had me confirmed by the time I got done with registration. The staff was friendly and the whole experience was extremely efficient. Best of all, they were able to get me in immediately where my own doctor would not. Thank you for such a positive experience. I intend to bring my entire family here for all urgent care.

As always we had a very positive 5 star experience! The staff is always welcoming, kind and professional and discreet! Dr. Porzio was awesome. My 17 yr old daughter was in a lot of pain with back spasms and he gave her the appropriate treatment and she was on her way to feeling better! We are so happy to have Marque in our community. We recommend it to out friends all the time!

The quality of care from Dr. Mohtadi was excellent. Dr. Mohtadi is one of the best physician's I have ever had. I have a complicated health history & was very sick when I came in. He stayed with me and knew the treatment to give me when I was in an urgent need of care. He also made a plan for me to follow up on when well enough. Then he even called me himself to go over my labs & to see how I was doing. His staff was wonderful. The services provided were prompt & effective. The facility was up to date & extremely clean. I am grateful for their care I received at Marque Medical. Thank you so much!

This was my first virtual doctor visit, but I found it to be just as efficient. I was seen in a timely manner and was treated with kindness and professionalism. My nurse (so sorry, can't remember her name) was very helpful and sweet. My doctor was kind and offered me her expertise as well as have a laugh or two. Great experience - it is never a good thing having to visit an Urgent Care facility but the staff and care made it pleasant, efficient and the treatment was effective (most important).

I'm very happy to have found Marque Medical in Newport Beach (very close to CdM). Getting an appointment using the online option is quick and easy, the wait times upon arrival are short, the staff is extremely friendly, the facility is very clean...and I was in and out in just 15 minutes. :-) I will plan to return if/when I have my next medical need. It's the same Co-pay as when I go to see my regular Doctor, but it's way more convenient and quick! I'll ask my CdM neighbors if they are familiar with Marque....and send a few folks your way! I had a great experience at marque Medical this week. I was helped quickly and the doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. This clinic was so convenient to my home and it was easy to park. I would definitely use them in the future.

My experience at Marque Medical was top notch. I got in and out on a Saturday afternoon in less than 45 min. The receptionists were friendly and considerate. The check-in process was easy as well. The nurse was professional and the Dr. was absolutely amazing. I felt like she took the time and really cared about my daughter. Her bedside manners were kind and thoughtful and put my daughter at ease. The thing that stood out also was that she actually asked me if I was ok if she put my daughter on antibiotics. I really appreciated that.

Have been a patient at this facility several times. Would rate it EXCELLENT overall. Received accurate diagnosis and treatment, physicians are experienced and professional, office staff courteous and knowledgeable. Waiting time is minimal.

Was seen quickly and the doctor was very understanding of my work situation. He sent my rx directly to my pharmacy and made sure I had a work note for my employer. Great facility and great staff!
