The employees were great - discrete and polite. I was taken back 4 minutes after my appointment time, but it was because someone came in that was in rough shape, so I understand. Doctor Walker was kind and unaggressive. Did you guys change ownership? The last time I was here, I could hear the employees talking rudely about me while I was in the room. It was rude and embarrassing to me and I was not going to come back, but did so anyways in hopes of a better experience, which you absolutely gave me.

It was excellent. Dr. Walker provided real talk which I appreciated. Need to start making a change in my life style.

Dr. Walker was great, taking his time to evaluate and address my current issue as well as speaking with me about my further health questions I have. That being said I was in and out of there within an hour! I will be scheduling my general well check here once I am better, since I feel like the staff and doctors here listen and truly hear my concerns.

We took my son there for an ear ache. The office is nice, the staff is friendly,and the doctor was great. My only complaint is that the check in process on the tablets is a little tedious and long. We didn't have to wait to long to be seen either. I would recommend this place to others.

We went with our two year old child because of a very high fever. The staff took us in straight away and she was being checked out before the paperwork was finished. The staff was very caring and very helpful.

This is my second visit to this clinic and can’t say enough about how amazing it is. From the front desk staff to Dr Walker and from the cleanliness to the convenience, it all made me feel well cared for. Especially since I was feeling absolutely miserable! Thank you to on hand! Very much appreciated!

Very friendly, professional staff

Fast in and out, made an appointment and was seen within 10 minutes of being there. Was diagnosed fast, even got medicine there instead of going stopping at another place to pick up a prescription. Especially when your sick you don’t want to stop more places then you have to.

I'm glad that I have received today, 9/26/18 4:15 pm not just a timely but a warm and accommodating service by the staff at the front desk, Vidy. The quality of care was excellent coupled by an uplifting smile by the staff, Elia who took the specimen and made the report, healthy and clear. She's very friendly. The look and cleanliness of the facility was flamboyant. It doesn't look like an urgent care place but I felt like I'm at the hotel lobby.Thank you very much for an excellent caring service.

It was all three very clean facility the service was the best they took care of my leg and the staff was really nice and helpful, to me and my mom .

Everything and everyone was great

I received great care at the grossmont location. The Eastlake location I went to the day before would receive a 3 star from me. The PA at the Grossmont location that saw me was great and actually listened to how I was feeling. The staff from the medical assistants, nurses, and PA I encountered that day at Grossmont were great.
