Waited approximately 20 minutes after completion of paperwork. But once I was escorted back to the examining rooms there was never more than a couple of minutes that I was not being treated. Needed stitches for a laceration on my hand. Someone was always cleaning, numbing, stitching, or bandaging the wound. Then I was released and scheduled for followup exam, to be further followed for stitch removal.

My experience could not have been better, they were sympathetic to me being in pain. The staff were great and doctor Harrison was wonderful. I was seen quickly, prescriptions were called in immediately...I was in and out within the hour..thank u

The front desk receptionist was amazing. My son threw up in the car and I asked if I could please have a bag to clean. She gave me 2 plastic bags, paper towels, desinfectant wipes and still asked if I needed more. They were quick as well, in and out in about 30 minutes with one patient in the waiting room before us.

The Front Desk person was very cordial and explained the registration process. Surprisingly for an Urgent care facility, I was seen right away. The office setting was very neat and clean. The Nurse was professional while taking my vitals and documenting my chief complaints. He asked great questions to prep the assessment of my condition and seemed like an expert while documenting in the EHR. Lastly, I really liked Karen Prychun (PA-C) who was knowledgeable and treated me respectfully with compassion for how I was feeling. During the visit, she listened attentitively as I explained my symptoms. She contacted my pharmacy immediately and provided helpful information. On my way out, I was asked nicely on how my visit went and I replied "it was great!" Please extend my thanks and gratitude to all involved with my visit today.

Quality of care was excellent Dr was very thorough and the staff was friendly I waited an hour, but was very happy that the Dr recommended a breathing treatment which was very helpful. The office was clean and organized - I would recommend this facility!

The staff here were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The office was very clean and comfortable. I only had 1 person in front of me so the wait was very short. The doctor I saw was funny and very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

The wait time was under 30 minutes for me as a walk in. The staff was compassionate and professional. They immediately would disinfect any areas that were potentially contaminated with germs. I recommend this location for urgent care and well checks.

Daughter had swelling on her foot. Did xray and found it was broken. Staff went above and beyond to help me find the cheapest medical equipment in town, even though they have the equipment on site. I really appreciated that.

The receptionist was the nicest receptionist I’ve ever seen. So sweet, polite and professional all at the same time. Very attentive to all the patients waiting. Everyone was very nice. I was tired and not feeling good and the wait was not bad. Dr Kuykendall was very nice and answered all my questions with out making me feel like he was rushing me.

It really depends on the provider on site that day. Today Dr. Harrison Kuykendall was great and we have very good experience with the visit. He took the time to do very detailed exam. Other times, with other providers, it was not good.
