Went in for care. Wait time wasn’t bad. Nurse took excellent care of me from vitals, to hearing me out to checking in on me. Place was very clean & people were friendly & welcoming. Doctor was also excellent. Heard me out & didn’t make me feel like she was rushing me to get to the next patient. My time there was amazing. I would make that my stop for urgent care from now on & advise others to go there as well.

I usually go to the VA ER in La Jolla but decided to goto Marque Medical since it is closer. The quality of care, wait time, and overall experience is very positive. I was in and out in roughly 45 minutes. I would have been at the VA ER for more than 2 hours if I would have went there. I will be going to Marque Medical for future ailments.

Your staff and MD were all excellent and efficient. I’m very happy with the outcome. Your online waiting time, visit scheduler, and registration are the best I’ve seen. You are now our primary medical facility nights and weskends!

I love coming to this urgent care. It's a bit far from where I live but I make the drive because the 3 times I've had to come, my experiences have been superb. From checking in, to the nice staff and the great doctors. The 2 doctors I've seen are extremely attentive and thorough. I like coming here better than my primary doctor!! They see you, hear you out, explain your diagnosis, and send you off with a prescription. In and out but with care and attention.

Visiting from out of town and was given this facility as a recognized provider. Everyone from the reception staff to nurses and health techs and especially Harrison Kuykendall were so helpful and I am glad to say I am even feeling improved today (24 hours later). I will most definitely return should I have any other problems when I am in this area again.

We were seen in just under 15 minutes, which was wonderful. Everyone at the clinic was corteous and proffessional. My son was diagnosed promptly and we were on our way in just under an hour. Great service. Thanks!

Top Notch. I first arrived on Sunday in the morning and was so glad that they were open. It was quiet and very clean and I was maybe, the second patient there. After filling out the info on the Pad, I was taken back for my vitals and then Karen checked me out. She was so kind and careful as she checked out my scrapes, bruises and swelling on my legs, forearms and hands. Then she ordered to get an X-ray on my left knee. Thankful for no injury. But, I do have Arthritis there. Wouldn’t have known. No hint of pain. Anyway, I got cleaned up and wrapped up. Today I followed up. She said I am healing well and she is monitoring bubbles above left knee. So, I will return on Friday morning. I really feel well cared for there. I would definitely recommend Marque Urgent Care in Eastlake!

The staff at this urgent care was nice, professional, and listened to everything I had to say. The Dr also made me feel comfortable while he was assessing me. They were all very friendly. The timing was perfect. I was called in maybe within 20'minutes of getting there. The cleanliness of the office overall was great!

timeliness: faster than I expected care from physician: extremely caring and took his time to talk with me. Felt like i was in my reg doctors office. Look & Cleanliness: 11/10. I have been going to this location since it was partners urgent care and it has always been a pleasure. The staff is nice and care and dont treat you like another.

Everything about Marque was excellent. I had an appt but because I was a new patient, I had to fill out forms which delayed my appt. No fault of Marque. Once I was registered, everything went smoothly and I was impressed by the overall staff and Marques facility.

Center had changed owners since I had last been in. I had just arrived from a cross country flight and ended up at urgent care with an infection. I got right in and was discharged within 45 minutes. The staff was friendly and professional.

Called ahead of time to "reserve" a time slot. By the time I got there and filled out paperwork I only had to wait about 35 minutes. After being called back, within 2 minutes, the doctor was in the room and going over my issues. Very professional and nice and efficient. Sent in my prescription and we were out the door. The pharmacy couldn't fill what he had requested and he answered their call to recommend another drug. Pharmacy was shocked that they got a hold of a doctor on a Saturday! Hopefully won't need to go back but will if I need too.
