I didn’t wait long to get walked in. Check in was very organized and the front desk staff was very friendly. When I met with the physician, I can tell he was very knowledgeable because he was familiar with symptoms from my other ailments which was impressive considering that some of my other specialists are not familiar with my meds and disease.

Outstanding from the time I entered the office until I left. Staff were friendly and knew what they were doing,and you could tell they cared. The office and the exam rooms were spotless Karen Prychun,PA was outstanding and very professional also Able MA/x-ray and Milissa Payne office manager. I felt like a family member. The waiting time was fast and now I know you can make an appointment which is even better. This is definitely my first choice when needing care. Thank you to all the staff for the great experience.

I got to the center before it opened today (opened at 8am) and was out by 8:39. Michelle (receptionist), Andres (MA), and Harrison (doctor) were very friendly. Harrison addressed my concerns and explained the results in a way I can understand.

Awesome. Feeling better when u see and meet the friendly staff. U have a great team . Doctor was knowledgeable . I always come down here for Urgent medical needs. Now it’s fast and accurate. The new system is cool like reserving a spot ahead even if you’re still home, that idea is great and will control the crowded lobby in time of flu season. Congratulations . Good and fast service will ease patients discomforts. More power to the team God bless everyone

Outstanding! The place is super clean the staff are great .let me start with mr. Andres who did all my test . He did a great job because one thing i hate is when i get poke with needle and I hardly felt any. And of course doctor margarita who checked my status and listened and explained things to me that makes me feel a little comfortable despite the pain that i was feelIng that day she made me feel relax and not to worry and you can tell that she cares.and last but not the list is mr.Onanis who i only spoked right before i checked out that gentleman know what he was doing he is straight to the point and just simply told me just relax and take it easy.sometimes that’s all it takes for a person to get well..

The quality of care from all employees was very good. Our appointment time was kept. The facility was very clean! The location was great but we depended on the site map and it was not correct causing us to get lost. It appears that you turn right onto Eastlake and not left. Thank you for your service.

The wait was a little longer than expected, there was one other person in the waiting area and me and I still had to wait almost an hour. But once I got in the female dr that treated me made it all good. I’m glad I waited.

My friend refer this urgent carr to me. Because going to balboa for urgent care tales forever to be seen. I experienced it already it takes hours to get seen. My friend told me this urgent care that accept tricare. Read the review some are good some are not so good. But how will i know if i'm not going. I even ask my husband then he said give it a try. I went the staff at frint desk was approachable. They see how bad my coughing is they offered me tea and water. After my registration. I saw the lady because i touch the ipad. One thing i noticed she is wiping it. Which is good. ✔️ For me for that. They called me brought me to the room. Dr Karen came she is so calm asking how i feeling. I really like her so gentle and approachable. I really recommend this Marque Urgent Care. Awesome Staff. Awesome Dr Karen P.

My little one fell from a bounce house. We headed to the clinic and were seen within 20 minutes. The receptionist was very kind and offered us water as my little one was upset. All the staff was proffessional and caring. He had Xrays done and we were referred to Rady's as he had a fracture. The doctor went out of her way to assist us with the logistics as we are a military family with Tricare coverage. We couldn't have had better care. Thank you.

This is the second time I take my daughter to Marque Urgent Care. Both times they have given my daughter exceptional service. The wait was 5 min at the most. The staff is super friendly and the doctor is amazing with children. He asks very detailed questions and seems to genuinely care. My daughter normally hates doctors and usually gives them a hard time during examinations. This doctors even made her laugh. She did as she was instructed and when we left she said “He’s a really good doctor mom. I always want to come to him.”
