I was seen within a decent amount of time of my arrival. My nurse was very friendly and helped to uplift my mood when I was having a terrible day and feeling terrible as well. I was diagnosed with strep throat in a short amount of time and was able to get prescribed the correct medication immediately.

Everyone was so very friendly. I was helped immediately when I walked in the door. Once I was all registered in, I was asked more than once if I needed anything while I was waiting. When I was called back, the assistant was so patient and kind, answering all of my questions. The doctor was also amazing. He was Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and very patient. He explained what was going in with me in a way I could understand. I truly appreciated being treated so respectfully, and will not hesitate to return!

Set an appt for my second follow up, & waited about 2 mins after checking in to be seen. Very quick & prompt service. Facility is ALWAYS clean, presentable, & comforting to it's patients.

I can’t say enough about this urgent care.they have taken care of me for years. They are the best in town and everyone is so nice and on top of making you feel better.very clean in order time was a bit slow.they try very hard to get you in for care.my doc was fabulous and staff was superb Best place for help

My experience was amazing. I was very anxious when I walked there because I was not feeling but Dr Michael Steiner was amazing; he took his time to explain things cleary and go over my diagnoses.I also love the fact that they are renovating the building. Thank you all

Overall experience was excellent. Facility was spacious, clean and the staff were courteous and efficient. According to their info, expected wait time was 20-30 minutes and I waited close to an hour before being seen. I liked the doctor who saw me. He was pleasant, knowledgable and thorough.

They are in the middle of a renovation so the look was obviously "under construction" but in spite of that they managed to keep it clean and in order. The check-in was a little lengthy due to their new "on-line" method but hopefully that is a one time thing. The staff was very efficient,friendly and helpful and the Doctor was wonderful. He was able to help me vey quickly and within a very short time my pain had subsided. One day later and the pain is almost gone! I am so relieved. And, I saw the Doctor in less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived. Great Urgent Care facility. I've always had good care there and currently their staff seems to be even more efficient than before. Very impressed.

The friendliest office staff even though I was a newcomer. They were patient with all the questions. Bree was also patient and went over the details. Dr, White knew what was the cause of the problem and gave his diagnosis on what to do to alleviate the problem.

I am visiting San Diego and do not have a Dr. here. I started experiencing sever stomach pains and thought I better go in to get checked out. I googled Urgent care nearest to my location and was directed to Marque Medical clinic. I was promptly greeted with a smile from the receptionist. She was very caring and helpful as I was having problems filling out the registration forms. Thankfully I had a very short wait period before being taken back to get checked out. Dr. White came in and was very concerned with the issues I was having. After my examine he felt that it was necessary for me to go to the emergency room fearing it may be my appendix and they didn't have the equipment there at the clinic to verify that. So I was given a referral to take with me and promptly went to the ER. It was not my appendix but it was diverticulosis which cases sever pain. Dr. White was looking out for my best interest. Which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend the Marque Medical Clinic. They are very professional and friendly making an unpleasant situation a little less stressful.

The lady in the front desk was wonderful! Even though it seemed busy she was very welcoming and attentive. The facility was very clean. The doctor took his time to listen to my concerns and discuss some options for treatment. I was very pleased overall with the services provided.

This place is awesome, front staff are just so friendly and helpful and Doctor is super nice, always recommend tips, greets you as he comes into the room with a smile and joke. This is my second visit to this the Grossmont facility and the experience was better than the first (and that's saying a lot). The facility is clean, the front office and medical staff are incredibly kind and patient and they make being in an urgent care setting so calming. This is amazing considering the very reason for needing to visit an urgent care facility. I love going here when a regular appointment is not feasible and will go as long as they accept my sons' insurance.

I was treated professionally from the moment I checked in, until the moment I was thru. I broke my pinky toe. Dean Jones, my technician, was great. He made the whole process as pleasant as possible. My doctor was honest and approachable. He made sure I understand my options and what I needed to do for follow up. I was fitted with a boot and hoped on out if there.

The service desk was highly knowledgeable and genuinely personable. I was helped by three office staff. I wish I knew their names. I was I pretty bad discomfort so I didn't pay attention. They were a great combination of professionalism and sweet helpfulness. I hate going to the doctor. But they made the experience completely bearable.

This was my first visit to Marque Urgent Care. I thought that everyone I spoke on the phone and in the office was very friendly and informative. The office was not crowded when I was there, so hardly any wait time. The care were the staff was very good.
