I was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I think when people go an urgent care the biggest worry is the wait- in this case they warned me that it could be an hour or more. In my case the efficiency with which everyone worked, paired with the individualized care and concern I felt allowed for a better than reasonable experience. I was in an out in about an hour, and the diagnosis and treatment was spot on. I am on the road to recovery I only wish I had gone in earlier.

Care, timeliness of service, and the facilities were all outstanding. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough. Well done!

I was seen at the Grossmont location. Like any urgent care there is a wait but alot leas than what expecting so it was a plus! The P.A.C. that I saw was wonderful. Caring, concerned and very helpful. They did what they could to help and gave me referrals. I am very very pleased.

Everyone at Marque Medical in La Mesa was extremely professional and kind. Although I had to wait a bit longer than I would have liked to be seen because it was a busy weekend day, the doctor (Michael Steiner) and staff were excellent. I would highly recommend Marque Medical in La Mesa!

I was impressed on my first visit as a walk-in even though I had a 1 1/2 hr wait. Everyone was very friendly and helpful getting me registered. The waiting room was full. The medical staff was very thorough and answered all my questions. I love the summary they give you when you leave. I went back 5days later as I still had symptoms that were bothering me. This time I scheduled my appointment online. It was very easy. When I arrived the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The medical staff again was very thorough. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone. Once I was called in, Everyone was very professional and thorough. My second visit for a follow up. I made an appointment online. It was so easy and they also confirmed it and sent me a reminder 60 minutes ahead of time. Again I was impressed with the staff and their friendliness and also the medical team that took care of me. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to anyone . It was a wonderful experience.

Excellent and most impressed with this model for urgent care, in this case for my 12 y/o with a sprained ankle - service was qick, courteous, and definitive, ruled out a broken bone and advised best and fastest healing treatment. My brother is a recently certified PA and works in urgent care facility and I wanted to use this model for healthcare as we were out of town. Thank you!
