Although it is a urgent care office, and the wait may be long sometimes, I love coming here. They make sure you get everything you need done while your there. The physicians and staff are awesome.

Very professional staff. Greeted promptly with a smile. Came from around counter to hand me things as I’d had a hurt foot. Dr very pleasant and helpful. Attending nurse also great. While it was slow I’d called for an appointment. Was in and out in an hour. Wow. Great service.

Front office staff helpful, friendly, and efficient (altho I had trouble with the extensive need for me to enter so much info, esp medications and medical history, on the electronic pad. I could have written faster and better on paper. ... Dr was especially good: he listened; quickly and efficiently, dealt with my problem; and provided appropriate information for me to follow up.

Both receptions were really nice along with the Doctor. One thing you need to be ready for is typing your medical history on there tablet. Other then that, theirs much else to say. They took my insurance so hands down that was the best part. The office was very clean and there was almost no wait but I just got luckily with that.

I was in and out within 30 min. the nurse was really cool, Ian was his name i think. Dr. White was straight to the point and got me the meds I needed.

Timing was great. Only waited 20 minutes to see a doctor. Had 20 stiches and no pain at all. Everyone was very professional. Clean waiting room.

The staff at Marque were very welcoming and efficient. We had a minimal wait time and they even gave my little kids some snacks while they waited! Once we were back to get seen it was only an additional ten minutes before we were out the door with a diagnosis and prescription! I will be using Marque Urgent Care for all of my future urgent care needs.

The last visit, this facility had a different name. was thrilled to walk into the waiting room to find that it wasn’t over full with people waiting to be seen. The check in process was easy and quick now that they are using electronic devices. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made my little girl a priority. The doctor was kind, spoke with a calm tone and ask my little girl questions she could answer. We were in and out in about 45 mins with our rx called into our pharmacy of choice. What a difference to the last time, which was about 2.5 hrs of waiting around in a room full of sick patients. I am very happy with the changes made. My daughter was thrilled too as she received a coupon for a free frozen yogurt. Keep improving Marque.

I brought my 2-yr-old in to be examined for cough. The staff couldn't have been kinder. The facility was very clean, and all of the doctors and nurses were thorough and kind, answering all of of my questions. They called the next day to follow up with us, and I appreciated that very much. We will return if we ever need to visit and Urgent Care in the future. Thank you, Marque! The Fredericks

My first point of contact with the front office was remarkably pleasant. The receptionist appears to love her work and immediately put me at ease. As an out of town patient, I had concerns about the quality of medical care from any doctor. I appreciate the attending clinic physician for the time he took to educate me with my condition. He was responsive to my needs and offered to share my lab results with my primary care physician. Thank you.

Staff was professional. As a walk in customer, my wait was no worse than my wait at my home doctors office when I had an appointment. Doctor asked appropriate questions, provided the needed prescription, and I was gone. Good service.

Excellent urgent care! I was seen about 15 minutes after my arrival (I was there for a dog bite). I experienced great care throughout my visit beginning at the front desk. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and excited to treat me. The facility is nice and clean and I felt very comfortable during my visit.
