I was a walk-in with an very personal problem. the staff was discreet and caring. the doctor was considerate. Outstanding staff. even if i moved i would drive to this urgent care because of how they treat people.

No other urgent care that I know of let's you choose an appointment time. This place is great! It's pretty fast and they get down to business. Definitely reccomend.

The staff was really helpful and friendly. All my questions were answered. The receptionist and nurse were patient and caring. Both offered me bottle of water.Dr. White was really nice. He listened to me and explained in detail what are my options. I highly recommend this urgent care office because of the great customer service and helpful staff.

Wait is never bad. Service is always great. People in the front office are helpful and kind, drs always give clear information and are very helpful

The people who work there are VERY professional, despite having to deal w/ rude & difficult patients. I actually prefer coming to this UC over going to the ER. I went in as a walk-in for this follow-up, & I only waited about 15 mins! Facility always clean!

Excellent quality of care by all. Especially the Doctor. Time was a little long, but very short compared to ER. The environment of the facility was clean and welcoming. Thank you Marque for not adding to my pain.

I've been to the La Mesa Marque Urgent Care on several occasions and have been seen and treated in a timely manner. I really like that I can set an appointment which helps in expediting the wait time. That is awesome especially when you're not feeling well. Also the follow up phone calls make me feel like they do care about their patients.

From the get go, the service was held at a standard well above the average . Very polite , cheerful and knowledgeable staff. I was in and out within an hour . Hopefully I never have to go back (nobody wants to go to urgent care) but I know if I do, I will be in good hands. Thanks a bunch to the front staff and doctors that took care of me !

Their staff was great, offered snacks and drinks while waiting. Had a quick visit thanks to the online program where the Dr. can see you through webcam to do the exam.

I appreciated the professionalism of the staff and they were very nice and kind to me and we didn't have to wait long to see the Doctor. My 2 year old grandbaby was very relaxed around them. She not once cried while she was being checked. Thank you to the team their i appreciated your service.

Everyone was really nice, no wait timeat all! Maybe 2 min after filling out paperwork! Filling out the “forms” on the iPad was easy to do and efficient. Nurses and the doctor was friendly! Perfect experience! No complaints! :)

Kind of a long wait. Appointment at 8:40 but wasn't even taken back until at least 9:10. I understand this is an urgent care and my appointment was not urgent, but there was only 1 other person in the waiting room at the time. Other than that, the doctor was very professional and nice. The physical was quick. And the office staff was pleasant and helpful. Good overall.

All three of the above were excellent, the Physician and staff were very welcoming and efficient, even though I was a walk in the wait was not long, and although the clinic was undergoing some remodeling things were clean and uncluttered. Although I detest going to the medical doctor(just a phobia of mine)(smiles), I had a very pleasant experience and would not hesitate in the future to return if the occasion arose.

Best walk in urgent care experience I've had. The staff was courteous, and capable. Dr.Mershon put me at ease right away,as he conducted the explanation.

The staff was friendly as always and the lady at the front desk- Erin is awesome, as they all are. Used to live in the area but now will drive the extra few miles to go to this specific Urgent care. Quick service, you can make appointments, I have been here several times and love the staff.

I went in on my lunch break (an hour long) at first they told me the wait time was 2 hours. I explained I couldn't wait that long because I was on lunch and I knew exactly what was wrong with me. Sara the awesome girl at reception said she will see what she could do and got me all checked in. They called me back right away. I saw a doctor threw this awesome web cam. She looked at me and confirmed my diagnosis. Sara got me in and out under an hour and I made it back to work on time. Everyone was fantastic there the place was super clean but Sara is the best.
