All of those criteria were high end. I am a cash paying patient. I called another Urgent care whom was considerably cheaper, but the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort at Marque made me want to stay there.

Every time I go there the service is great. I always try to see Dr. Simms whom I have seen many times and her diagnosis and service is outstanding. I especially like and impressed with the written summary of my visit that I was given.

I like this location with all the doctors. I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve been to other Urgent care and not impressed. This one is clean efficient with quick service. I would definitely recommend here than anywhere to everyone.

Items one and two above were excellent. However, the facility needs a major scrub down. Especially the carpets. First impression was bad.

Never like going to the doctor, but at Marque Medical the great doctors and friendly staff make it easy, even when you are at your worst. The facility is very clean and the attention to your needs is great. Hopefully I won't have to come back, but if another urgent matter comes up, we'll definitely go here first!

I am a returning patient . I lived in the area for two years and saw Dr Sims several times. She is excellent— diagnosing my issues correctly and always caring. She takes the time to listen! When I relocated back to Newport Beach and was not feeling well I naturally returned. Again I was delighted I got to see Dr Sims. I highly recommend your urgent care. I wish she could be my regular doctor!

There was no wait and the receptionist was prompt and friendly. The doctor didn't exactly answer my question about what my condition was. She also chatted about some unrelated topics which I felt was out of place. The nurse was efficient with treatment and making sure I was ok after receiving the vaccination.

Easy to book, fast, clean, and thorough staff. Electronically sent prescriptions make it so much easier too. Also, hardly any crime in this area, so it’s very safe at night with plenty of parking.

Although the reason for having to visit Marque was not fun, I had a fabulous experience with Marque. The medical and administrative staff was friendly, attentive and very professional. The facility was clean and comforting. I did not have to wait long to be seen and treated. And, the staff followed up with me after my visit to ensure that I was recovering. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care in the Newport area.

From an Urgent Care perspective, Marque is a hidden gem. Most have long waits with others suffering from probable contagious diseases. Have not had that experience at Marque… twice… once when my wife needed care, and now me. For both visits the staff and doctors were stellar.

From the time we walked in we were treated with a smile. Office was very nice and there was only 1 other person in there. We were helped immediately and were seen within 15 minutes. Great physicians there too - we had to come back a second visit two days later and it was the same experience. Wish we had a place like this in my area!

A couple of years ago, the staff was always sweet and very pleasant. The doctor were occasionally a little grumpy. Now however, both doctors and staff are very pleasant.

The urgent care center is spotless. I didn't wait long for a Dr. Staff is not only friendly, but also extremely competent. Dr Sims is an excellent physician. She ordered X-rays and explained the results in detail. She delivers quality care. I live in Laguna Beach but will drive to Newport Beach for this level of care and expertise. This is my second visit to Marque and is now my Go-To urgent care center.
