I was referred to Marque Medical (by Dr. McClellan's office) because I don't have a primary care physician. My experience was very good. The sign-in person was friendly, helpful and patient with me. I was seen by the doctor in a reasonable time. The doctor listened attentively, diagnosed and got me on my way. Parking was easy (and free if you remember to have them validate your ticket.) My only request is to have electronic records access so you can electronically pull my records from Dr. McClellan's office. (I sign a form and you electronically retrieve my records.) I will definitely return if I have urgent care needs in the future. Tamara

Hobbled in to Marque Medical with a suspected broken foot. I was welcomed, x-ray'd, consulted and diagnosed all within 15 minutes and all without an appointment at 7pm on a Monday. Not the first time I've used these guys and not the last; superb, concise, professional, friendly and quick every time. No muss, no fuss. Highly recommended!

I was there for my 6 1/2 year old son. I felt we were well taken care of from the moment we arrived to well after we left (our prescriptions were waiting for us at the pharmacy). The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful (even providing my son with a charger so he could charge his iPad). The nurse who triaged us was super sweet, polite and professional and Dr Hooshmand was amazing. She put my son at ease even making him giggle a few times. Her diagnosis was quick and accurate which facilitated me getting him better and back to school! Thank you!!

Absolutely great!!! Love the prompt attention and early hours on weekdays and availability for weekends. Great service where you can get a blood test and X-ray without having to go to another facility. Kudos for Dr. Porzio!! Richard Battisti

This was my first time at a walk in clinic (my primary care physician was on vacation) so obviously it was my first time at Marque Medical and I was impressed. Registration was quick and there was minimum paperwork to complete. Without an appointment, I only had to wait just a few minutes. From Ashley at the front desk to Dr. Hooshmand, I was treated pleasantly, efficiently and professionally.

I received very good care when I went into the Medical Center for my cough and impacted ear. The doctor treated me for acute Bronchitis and cleaned the wax from my ear. I do wish she had explained a little more about why she prescribed Prednisone and her bedside manner could use improvement. But I do feel she was very efficient and hit the mark on what was wrong with me. I am much better today. Both the timeliness of services and the look/cleanliness of the Facility hit the highest marks. Thank you so much!

I came into your urgent care with a severe migraine that had lasted several days, and I was at the end of my rope. One of the nurses, Brooke, at the Aliso Creek office, recognized me (I had been in once before a month prior) and immediately set abut making my visit as comfortable as possible, closing the blinds (I was very light sensitive), turning off the TV, had a cloth all ready to put over my eyes, asked if I needed an ice pack, etc. she was so sweet, efficient, and understanding of my condition. I have had other nurses that were very nice and accommodating as wel, but certainly NONE that went so above and beyond their calling at such a prompt manner as she. If all nurses were as good as Brooke was, the urgent care experience would be an enjoyable one that almost makes the patient forget that they are feeling terrible and in need of medical attention. I fully intend on stopping by again when I am feeling well just to say hello to Brooke, and she is such a genuine and sweet person that all nurses at your locations should be trained by her on patient interactions. Made my day (and migraine) miles better, and I have no doubt she helped expedite my recovery by her great bedside manner and efficient inquiries about my condition. If you have any rewards at all for your employees for going vibe and beyond their calling, this young woman deserves all that and more. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience (that I did not expect to be one considering my terrible migraine)!

I was so impressed with how thorough Dr. Hooshmad was. She really listened and took her time. I've been sick for several months (pneumonia, bronchitis, virus, whatever)and my regular doctor seemed too rushed to realize or just didn't care that I wasn't getting better. So, after 4 visits to my regular doctor in the last 3 months, I finally gave up and tried your urgent care facility, just hoping for something to calm down the constant coughing. The level of care I received at your Urgent Care facility was 100% better than that of the doctor I've been going to for 15 years. It was such a relief to have someone pay attention and I finally feel like I am on the road to recovery! Thank you so much.
