The entire experience was exceptional,

I am very impressed with the quality of this facility and its staff. I am especially fond of Dr. Alison Sims. She is compassionate, intelligent and thorough physician. I have made Marque Medical my primary care center, and I have been very pleased with their care and service.

After visiting another Urgent care twice, given the same prescribed treatment both times and still having the same persistent cough, I came to Marque. The Dr listened to my past treatment and decided on a different and slightly longer treatment - which worked! My wait for both appointments at Marque was minimal and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful.

Terrific experience for both my husband and myself. On 2 separate occasions we were unable to get into our Orthopaedic Dr because they were so busy, so we decided to try Marque. Dr. Simms is fabulous and diagnosed both of us in a matter of seconds. The office staff is great also. We will definitely return to Marque Medical. Jim and Linda Thompson

From the minute I called their office, I had very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly, it was easy to schedule my appointment and they do except last minute walk ins as well with very minimal wait time. The physician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall I had very good experience with Marque Medical. I hope I won't need to go to emergency room anytime soon but if I do I'll be glad to use their services again and recommend anyone to use them as well.

Marque Medical is a fantastic facility without question the best urgent care in the Newport Beach area. I was seen recently for something that required several visits and every time was treated with great care and professionalism. The front desk staff, the nurses and Dr. Sims are all extremely good at their jobs. If the need arises again for urgent care treatment, I would never consider going anywhere else. Marque Medical is the best !

All areas of the facility were very clean. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and knew what their jobs. Doctors visits are not high on my list but Marque has taken the edge off both visits. All levels of service exceeded my expectations. Thanks.

My developmentally disabled adult daughter saw Dr. Simms today at the Newport Beach office. My family have been going to Marque Medical for several years as an Urgent Care facility. I was more than impressed today with the upbeat attitudes of the three ladies in the front office. They informed me how many patients were ahead of us and the approximate wait time. Even gave us cold water. We waited a short time and then were seen by Dr. Simms. She is outstanding with my daughter who is developmentally disabled. To the point, prescribed the medication and sent electronically to the pharmacy. A very positive experience. Thank you Dr. Simms and staff

I'm very happy to have found Marque Medical in Newport Beach (very close to CdM). Getting an appointment using the online option is quick and easy, the wait times upon arrival are short, the staff is extremely friendly, the facility is very clean...and I was in and out in just 15 minutes. :-) I will plan to return if/when I have my next medical need. It's the same Co-pay as when I go to see my regular Doctor, but it's way more convenient and quick! I'll ask my CdM neighbors if they are familiar with Marque....and send a few folks your way! My experience at Marque Medical was top notch. I got in and out on a Saturday afternoon in less than 45 min. The receptionists were friendly and considerate. The check-in process was easy as well. The nurse was professional and the Dr. was absolutely amazing. I felt like she took the time and really cared about my daughter. Her bedside manners were kind and thoughtful and put my daughter at ease. The thing that stood out also was that she actually asked me if I was ok if she put my daughter on antibiotics. I really appreciated that.

I was very pleased with the care I received in the Newport and Aliso offices. Nice staff, clean facility, knowledgeable doctors and nurses. The best part for me as a mom of young children was that I could call ahead for an appointment and also check in online. Time is valuable and they were very respectful of mine. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great experience from booking online to being greeted by Ashley and Marieanne. Dr Raleigh was exceptional and my prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacy. Best doctor visit I have had in a long time.

I have been at Marque Medical three different times. Each and every time it has been a great experience. I am greeted professionally by multiple people and am notofied of how long the wait till be. (Never more than 15 minutes) The nursing staff and Xray technician are thorough, knowledgeable, and very kind. All three of the doctors I had are wonderful. They were very attentive to all my medical needs and were certain to be sure I understood everything they were saying. I will always come to Marque for my aches and pains. Bets driving to Tustin to see my primary care. Many thanks.

Thank you so much to the staff at Marque Urgent Care for their friendly, efficient and great quality of care. The staff are very personable and I have never had to wait long to be seen. They always make sure I'm comfortable and even offered me water or coffee while I waited. The doctors are amazing as well! I leave Marque Urgent Care without a worry as I know I have been cared for by the best! Thank you for being there for my urgent needs! Highly recommended!

I have accessed medical care for Marque Medical at least three times over the last five years and consistently am impressed with the responsive and highly professional team. Quite frankly the level of care is such that I prefer them over having a primary care physician.I highly recommend them. Excellent doctors who take real time and care.

My physician was very attentive and offered great advice. So often doctors don't listen and just want to dish out the same advice. The doctor I met with this morning was the exavt opposite. I really appreciated my care.

Excellent as always! Dr. Bita Badakhshan is a wonderful, very thorough, caring and kind Doctor. Her attention to all details is more than any person could believe. She examines, tests and completely checks all avenues of possibilities and is always correct in her diagnosis. Before rushing anyone through quickly and handing out unnecessary antibiotics, she eliminates all possibilities before her final conclusion. I highly recommend her as I have spent several sessions with her !

I had a marvelous experience at Marque Medical. The Doctor..Dr.Allison Sims was so very courteous and friendly and the whole staff as well. Outstanding care from all of them..I was immediately taken care of and loved every minute of my visit. Your facility is beautiful as well..My husband and I will highly recommend our friends to go to you rather than the hospital. Corona del Mar paramedics recommended that we come and they were certainly right on. Thank you again for such wonderful treatment. Blessings... Darlene and Doug Theis
