I got right in and was in a very clean room waiting 5 minutes for Doctor to come in. She was very professional and took care of minor cut on my toe. I have been to this facility over the years and appreciate the convenience. Everything is clean and you are taken care of in a timely manner. We are very fortunate to have this facility in Corona Del Mar-Newport Beach.

I was a walk-in and was attended to very quickly and professionally. Facility is very clean and comfortable. My Dr. was prompt, caring and thoroughly explained my alternatives given I had limited insurance options. Results were sent immediately to my primary Dr. which helped keep the process moving forward.

I can not explain the appreciation I have for Marque! I am impressed with the professionalism and heartfelt care and assistance I receive here. It was difficult finding a facility that could tend to my urgent need, and Marque provided it as quickly as they could at a reasonable cost. I'm glad I found them. The facility was easy to find. It was very nice and my wait was minimal. The staff, including reception staff, nurse, xray tech and doctor, were friendly and professional. I was confident that the medical care I received was good. I will definitely use the facility again.

Drs and staff at Marque are always very nice. I use for annual physicals but today had a bad case of cold- related eye inflammation in both eyes. Dr Wade quickly diagnosed the condition and prescribed eye drops that brought me substantial relief within a few hours. Thank-you Marque !!

Everyone, receptionist, nurse, radiologist, and doctor, was kind and efficient. I didn't wait long, and had a report and prescription ready to pick up when I left. The facility was clean and modern.

Excellent experience at Marque Urgent Care! Very professional and efficient staff, and they were able to get me in quickly after I was unable to make my appointment time due to blocked roads. It’s very nice to be able to book an appointment time online. I feel I received very good care and would definitely return if the need arose while in the Newport area.

Dr Simms was very thorough and professional. The cleanliness of the facility was great. The wait wasn’t that long before being seen. An antibiotic was prescribed and Dr Simms advised that I could purchase from them or they would call it into the pharmacy of my choice...I liked that!

I really enjoyed my experience. It was a great facility run by friendly and nice people. It wasn’t was I was expecting when going to the doctor and it made my experience a lot better. I also really appreciated the text giving me a heads up that you were running behind schedule. It helped me plan accordingly.

Wonderful location. Front desk staff are friendly, attentive and positive. Always try to accommodate your needs. Dr. Sim is amazing, helpful, encouraging and supportive. Have been there 4 times with various members of family - spotless. Only wish more parking spaces. Highly recommend.

I was in need of urgent care for a twisted knee. I choose the right place for urgent care. I was treated like I mattered. The facility was clean, professional and prompt. I live 400 miles away in Scottsdale, AZ, but still use Marque as I'm in CA on business every other month. They are simply terrific. They always fit me in and the docs and staff are great. Allison Simms has been my physician on numerous visits and she's the best! Extremely knowledgeable on numerous symptoms and treatments, answers all your questions and is just a nice person. The staff is efficient and gets everything started quickly. Katie managed my prep yesterday and was great. I recommend Marque to everyone.

I felt like I was at a concierge Dr. My wait time was short, the facilities clean, Tv in every room. Quick test results and prescriptions electronically sent to the pharmacist so it’s ready by the time you arrive. What more could you want?

very efficient... I didn't want to wait 30 minutes so I left, but you called after a while and told me my room would be ready in 5 minutes... I got there and was immediately seen... the doctor was very thorough, very thoughtful and professional, answered all my questions... very much appreciate the typed up notes you handed me as I left, describing all the details, vitals, diagnosis, etc.. of my visit.. it also speaks volumes about how much you care that you solicit direct feedback from your clients by sending out this survey... much better than the poor quality-control, assembly-line service your competitor down the street delivers
