I visited this urgent care a couple of times and the staff were so nice and helpful. Dr. Leland Wessel was very nice and caring. I would ask for him if I visit again. (He only works on Saturdays)

The staff and doctor were great and very caring

The entire staff was very competent and polite. My problem was taken care of very well. I am happy to recommend them.

Getting Ill is never fun;however the staff at Marque Medical certainly take care of each patient. Since this facility changed it's name from the previous urgent care there is a definite improvement. Dr. Alexander is an exceptional Physician , he has compassion,knowledge and very thorough with proper diagnosis. I will highly recommend this facility. Two other important subjects waiting time is minimal, OSHA compliancy is practiced here.

Every one who works there from the front desk staff, to the medical assistants (a female did my vitals and a male did my breathing treatment - sorry, I’ve forgotten their names) to Dr. Alexander were kind, attentive and gave me excellent care. I got in right away and the facility is very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful experience! Normally you don’t expect to feel better time you walk into a facility especially when you are in pain. This facility is welcoming and very clean and the wait time was less than 10 minutes. Exceptional staff, very friendly, and polite and physician Dr. Wessel 5 stars, he’s very attentive, he listened, and he really cares! I love this place!!!

I want to give special praise to Jill at the front desk. She took a lot of time to look into a billing issue that I had with my prior visit. After I left from today’s visit, she called to say that she had figured out that Marque made a mistake in the prior bill, and that she would arrange for the overcharge to be credited back to my credit card. I really appreciated her taking the effort to get to the bottom of it and to call me to arrange the refund. This makes me feel confident that I can trust Marque to deal with me honestly. Thanks, Jill!

I received friendly, expert service from staff Elena & Jill. Dr Wessel was very gentle and diagnosed my problem quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend this group for Medical assistance!!

Very professional

We first went to the location in PB since we were in Bird Rock but the x-rays machine was broken. Staff was super helpful, they provided us with the address in Governor Drive and an ice pack for my daughter broken elbow. Service in Governor Drive was great, they even informed us that our insurance had my daughter's birthday wrong. We had no waiting time and Dr Talal Alquraini was wonderful. He made my daughter feel at ease even though she was somehow in discomfort. He made sure we understood the issue and how to follow up. We had to go to an orthopedic surgeon who repeated the x-rays and confirmed the exact diagnosis Dr Talal Alquraini had made. My only suggestion would be to improve sharing the information between the urgent care and hospitals. I was given a link and password so the doctors at the Children's could see the x-rays but the resolution of the shared images was poor, so they had to take them again.

Fast and very clean and polite staff

Awesome first time experience and if necessary I will return. Not a long wait time and the appt times lined up with work so I didn't have to take off. Super convenient and friendly staff.

Fast, very polite, caring....and fast

I like the staff and doctors ability to communicate effectively in layman's terms. They are very rapid at getting you in and out especially when you compare wait times elsewhere. If I need to go to the emergency room instead of urgent care the doctor notifies me asap and I really appreciate that. I've had positive experiences here and will come back again if I need urgent care.
