feeling horrible I went to Marque Medical for care. After registering the wait wasn't to long. The office was very clean and the staff were very professional. I was taken in the examining room for the regular routine of questions. The staff was excellent. The Dr came and gave me an IV. He came to check on me and gave me instructions for my illness. Very professional and clean.

I love this place. My dr office is SO hard to get into. I have to sit on hold for 10 -20 minutes just to talk to someone and try to get some random appointment in the middle of the day. I walked right into Marque the other morning and was seen within 10min. Not only that, I saw a doctor that was so kind and helpful. He called to check in on me a few days later. And when I needed an Xray they did it right there and he reviewed it immediately. Amazingly easy. This is my new go to place for me and my kids for anything outside the standard physicals. Everyone is so sweet and helpful.

This was my second visit to Marque Medical and I feel fortunate to have such an outstanding facility close to my home. The wait was very short and the staff is always friendly and caring and the attending physician is experienced and knowledgeable, as well as kind, and I trust his advice. Hopefully I will not need too many urgent care visits in the future, but if I do, Marque Medical will always be my number 1 choice.

I was attended quickly and the consultation wasn’t too long but not too short either. My concerns were addressed and there was a clear plan for me to follow up with. I had to go in with my 3 kids and the staff was helpful and understanding. Great experience, it’s my 2nd time there and even though it’s not the closest urgent care to House I prefer to go to it due to the staff.

Almost no wait!! No longer than the time it took me to fill in the medical information forms. Friendly, knowledgable and very caring staff in a very professional environment. The best part of the experience was Dr. Alexander about whom we can't speak highly enough. We were impressed with his bedside manner, his expertise in assessing my fracture and possible tendon issue, as well as his in- depth explanation of the anatomy of the foot and what I should do until I can see a foot specialist. We left feeling very cared for and secure in his professional recommendations.

Everyone I encountered this morning, including the receptionist, the attending nurse, and the doctor, were very courteous, caring, and patient in listening to my description of the health issues I've been dealing with over the last ten days or so. The doctor explained the treatment to be employed and the ways in which I would probably respond. They called in prescriptions to my pharmacy, which were ready by the time I arrived there. I was very satisfied with my experience and am feeling better already (it is now 7:30pm on the day of my visit), I think due in large part to the injection I received. Should I need to go to urgent care again, I wouldn't hesitate to come to Marque Medical's office. Thank you very much.

We were very impressed with the efficiency of the physician. Within a few minutes we (my son and I), were diagnosed, our prescription was called in to our pharmacy and ready by the time we got home. The triage person was very cool and my son really liked him. (My son rarely likes anyone). The front desk got us checked in and the wait was maybe 7 minutes. (We were there on a Friday at noon.) we will definitely be back!

Dr. Ranya Alexander is very nice. Talked to patient (my son) and myself in a very pleasant and understanding manner, assessed my son's health situation, and communicated very well on the next steps. Other team members were also very nice. Overall quality of care, look, and cleanliness are good. There was some waiting time but I understand, since it was Sunday.

Good experience except the tablet check-in was a bit tedious for an older person not use to devices that a younger person uses on a daily basis. Other than that, went quite well.
