The wait time was quick. Office staff was friendly and responsive. The nurse was also friendly and fast and the Dr. I saw was not only extremely helpful, but really funny. Very hard to enjoy your time at an Urgent Care but I actually did. I would definitely go back. :0)

I had one of the BEST experiences at Marque Medical today. Jill was so helpful over the phone when I told her my problem. She scheduled a reservation right away and I received a confirmation text before I hung up the phone with her. Upon arriving I was welcome by Jill and she made the registration process very simple. The doctor was very professional and calming. I walked out extremely satisfied with my service! Will definitely be coming back to this location no matter how far the drive is.

I was impressed that you can schedule an appointment on-line rather than walking in and taking a chance with having to wait a long time! I received a text one hour in advance confirming my appointment was still on schedule. When I arrived, I filed out paperwork and was called back immediately to see the doctor. The front desk staff is knowledgeable and pleasant, the facility clean and cheerful, and the medical care was excellent. Most urgent care facilities are substandard, but this one is excellent.

My experience was very good. Jill, the receptionist, was very nice and helpful. I arrived around 8:30am and was seen within an hour. It was a holiday Monday, so my prescription had to be re-sent to a pharmacy that was open. I called and they did it right away, so I was able to go pick it up instead of waiting until 9am the next day. I would visit Marque again, no issues.

Today was the first time at this urgent care facility and it has now become my go to place. I had an appointment and 2 minutes after completing my paperwork, I was in a room (there were people in the waiting area). Both the doctor and assistant were very polite, thorough and explained everything, along with answering any questions I had. Jill who checked me in and out, was friendly, efficient and extremely competent. While I hope I don't ever need to return, if I am in need of an urgent care, Marque Urgent Care on Governor Dr. is the place I will go to.

I have visited this urgent care facility a few times in the past couple of years. I have always felt welcomed by the staff. The wait is not bad at all. Dr. Alexander is amazing and very attentive. The follow up call to see how you are feeling, is the best. They show they care about their patients. Thank you for everything.
