I am so thankful to have this urgent care near my house! The inside is clean and welcoming - not hospital-looking - more warm and relaxing. Although it's the care I got there that made my experience. I developed a bad rash on my face that I made a visit for two times. The rash got worse unfortunately but the second time I went in they were prepared for me, took a skin swab and immediately put me on an antibiotic. It began to clear up and I actually didn't expect to hear back from the doctor since I've had cardiologists and rheumatologists not call me back for important things. None the less, I was called right when they got he results back and it turned out to be MRSA! These great doctors saved my face, the nurses were so sweet and the front desk was kind and helpful, I'm so lucky to be close by to this establishment! Thank you Marque!

Excellent. Courteous welcome, easy process, was seen within minutes, Technician (Navy Trained) work rapid and thorough, and no waiting for the Physician, who rendered an accurate diagnosis (Pneumonia) and fitting prescription. Next day phone call follow-up a very nice thing to do.

I had a very pleasant experience at Marque Medical. I live across the street so it is very convenient. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant and efficient and it was an easy check-in process. The whole process from checking in to exam went very smoothly and the Doctor and his assistant were both very pleasant and professional. This urgent care is so much better than the hospital emergency room. I hope that if I need fast medical care again, I can count on Marque Medical. Thank you for your kind attention.

Sprained ankle got me seen ahead of 2 other people which I appreciated. Xray on site invaluable! Was able to learn there were no broken bones without having to go to another medical establishment. The Xray is why I chose this location. Doctor told me exactly which ligament I had pulled which helped me not reinjure it in subsequent days. 3 for 3. I love this urgent care!

I received excellent care at Marque Medical. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. Dr. Alexander was as wonderful as a doctor could be. He listened carefully, asked questions, and treated me with care and compassion. He made the right decision regarding my health issue and as a result, I felt better. I just wish he could be my regular doctor! I had one problem when I first arrived. I had to input some information on a small screen. I had a lot of trouble with this and it would have been nice if someone would have helped me. Other than that, everything was first rate and I would recommend this facility without reservation.

The facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. I checked in around 1:45 and checked out at 3:00. I had 3 people ahead of me. I personally didn’t mind waiting. I don’t care for doctors that see you as another person to push out the door. I really think they have a nice dr working there. His name is Alexander Ranya. He is a older dr that you can tell has compassion for people, which makes a big difference to people! When the dr says to I’m sorry you are not feeling well, let’s see how I can help you feel better! You never hear that anymore!! Having a dr that has great bedside manners and compassion for patients is a win for me!

Place very clean No wait. I was thrilled Everyone so kind. Receptionist, nurse (I don’t have his name) and Nicole pillsbury. Then to have doctor call the next day to see how I was doing ! What a nice surprise!!!! It was such a good experience to get treated quickly and kindly.

Staff was courteous and thorough. I expected a drive thru atmosphere but that was not at all the case. There was even a follow up call to check on wellness. I will definitely go again when need arises.

Prompt and easy check in. The staff were warm and friendly. PE Pillsbury was incredible! She took a great deal of time with me and discussed the treatment plan for this exaccerbation and suggestions for any future issues I have with my COPD. You can tell she thoroughly enjoys her work. The warmth, empathy and understanding she expressed were so meaningful to me.
