Love Dr. Bis she is very friendly puts you at ease explains her findings fully and treatment options. She was also very generous in fitting me in when on of the treatments required her attention as I had a reaction that needed steroid cream I also had Mohs surgery that was done and successful. Office staff on top of their game!

I was being treated for vitalago by Dr. Vlad Ratushny. I am so pleased with the results i started light therapy in conjunction with topical ointments and the results were amazing. I just had my checkup with him and i can not even begin to explain the difference from october to now! everyone in the office is friendly and runs very smoothly.

An outstanding reception and greetings by everyone I made contact with upon arriving at the facility. The reception area was also a pleasant and warm waiting site. I was not kept waiting more that 15 minutes hardly time to finish reading one article. Dr.Deborah Cummins was extremely welcoming and her assistance too gave me added attention and greetings. The evaluation and treatment protocol was very professional and efficient, nice to see and old friend from BUMC. I would not hesitate to recommend this dermatology center for colleagues and friends.

Mass Derm is a world class practice right here on the North Shore with amazing doctors and highly skilled nurses. Nearly paperless too -- everything gets recorded on a tablet which really impressed me. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Vlad Ratushny for a skin cancer scan on July 20. I am a new patient. I was impressed with how promptly I was seen. Dr. Ratushny was pleasant and so friendly, yet professional. He examined me and said that he did't see any skin cancers. I was in hand out of the examining room in about 10 minutes. Having commuted to Wellesley to the dermatologist for years, I m so glad to have found this practice as it is much more convenient for me. I'm very impressed. Mimi Emmons

Having only be seen by a dermatologist once in my seventy years, I remembered the experience as a very negative one. Previously, I waited almost three hours to be seen by a doctor who communicated almost not at all with me. this may explain my reluctance to ever go back to a dermatologist - until yesterday. i was awed by the modernity of the facility in which Massachusetts Dermatology Associates is located. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly by the receptionist and was actually seen by the doctor a few minutes before my appointed time. The doctor and his assistant were highly personable and made me feel very comfortable. I have full confidence in my newly found dermatologist and have already made an appointment for what will be twice a year visits from now on.

Right from the beginning, I felt that this is a group of medical personnel that are professional, welcoming and organized. Several problems, although minor, were readily addressed and solved by Dr. Sabina Bis and Dr. Deborah Cummins. I highly recommend this group to everyone.

Massachusetts Dermatology Associates is an outstanding practice. Having been to numerous dermatologists on the North Shore in the past, I find MassDerm to be the first practice that concentrates on the patient and their care. The doctors are current with the newest procedures in the medical field. They are always available to answer your questions and explain the procedures clearly and concisely always considering the patient. The office is always clean and comfortable. The office staff always treats you with respect and are always professional in dealing with the patients. I can't say enough about the office.
