Dr. Bloom is an outstanding dermatologist. I had Botox injections on my first appointment. She explained what she was doing while marking the injection sites I have never had a better experience. I had major wrinkles in my forehead, and six days later, I had none. There was no redness, no bleeding, and no headache (which I had at another reputable dermatology office). Today, I had a cancerous mole removed from my back. Once again she explained each procedure, and the information she shared was fascinating. Her dermatology assistant, Sam, was also great. She drew a picture of how Dr.Bloom was going to make the incision, and dressed it with great care, once it was over. She was bright, caring, and thorough. Some patients might be fine without all the information I got today. But, I am fascinated with medical procedures, and love the knowledge doctors can impart. So many doctors rush patients through their office, that you are almost reminded that the more patients they see, the higher the revenue. Not so at Massachusetts Dermatology Associates. I feel like I was treated by the best of the best, and Dr. Bloom’s “bedside manner” was perfect for my situation.

My first experience with telemedicine this morning was excellent. The technology worked perfectly, Dr Ratushny was prepared for the call, listened, and took my questions seriously. We had a good conversation, his instructions for managing my condition were clear, and his staff called almost immediately to schedule the in-person followup I will need two months hence. I am very pleased.

My experience at Massachusetts Dermatology Associates was totally positive. The appointment was scheduled promptly (within one week of my referral), I was brought into the treatment room minutes after my arrival and was seen by the Doctor and Assistant almost immediately. Doctor Higham (sorry if I pronounced the name as Hingham) was thorough in her examination, assuring in her attitude and clearly competent in her field. I whole heartedly recommend Massachusetts Dermatology Associates to family members, friends and anyone in need of dermatology services.

Fortunately, I was able to get a last minute appointment due to a cancellation. I was seen in a timely fashion and greeted by a technician who took my primary information about my visit. Within minutes, Dr. Garibyan came into examine me. Dr. Garibyan examined my leg rash and was able to discern my medical needs immediately. She and her staff were very professional in determining my immediate prescription needs and follow up medication to ensure my skin's moisture needs. I highly recommend Mass Dermatology Associates!

I scheduled an appt. with Dr. Garibyan in December 2018. It was one of those “I have nothing wrong but I’ll just make sure.” appointments. A biopsy determined I had a spot of melanoma on my shoulder. I never noticed the spot. It was more or less flat and pink. Had Dr. Garibyan not been the meticulous physician she is it would have gone unnoticed and turned into a very serious issue. Dr. Deborah Cummins stayed late one night (just before Christmas) to remove the melanoma and the tissue around it. I’m obviously very thankful to have a practice of this caliber on the North Shore. The staff is great, you never have to wait and it couldn’t be more convenient. There have never been questions regarding insurance. The atmosphere is professional yet warm. I have the utmost confidence in “Mass Derm”.

Love Dr. Bis she is very friendly puts you at ease explains her findings fully and treatment options. She was also very generous in fitting me in when on of the treatments required her attention as I had a reaction that needed steroid cream I also had Mohs surgery that was done and successful. Office staff on top of their game!

Even though I was suffering with a swollen rashy eye, Mass Derm was absolutely compassionate & very professional about fixing my problem. I was being treated for vitalago by Dr. Vlad Ratushny. I am so pleased with the results i started light therapy in conjunction with topical ointments and the results were amazing. I just had my checkup with him and i can not even begin to explain the difference from october to now! everyone in the office is friendly and runs very smoothly.

Yesterday, I had my second visit with Dr. Garibyan. She has quickly and confidently evaluated and treated areas of concern on my skin. She has also recommended skin care products for me to use. I have found it convenient to be able to purchase the products at the office. Dr. Garibyan, her nurses and the office staff have been professional, punctual, efficient and personable. I have appreciated having time for all of my questions to be answered. The parking and access to the office is very convenient, considering the large size of the Cummings Center. I would highly recommend Dr. Garibyan and the Massachusetts Dermatology Associates to others!

An outstanding reception and greetings by everyone I made contact with upon arriving at the facility. The reception area was also a pleasant and warm waiting site. I was not kept waiting more that 15 minutes hardly time to finish reading one article. Dr.Deborah Cummins was extremely welcoming and her assistance too gave me added attention and greetings. Mass Derm is a world class practice right here on the North Shore with amazing doctors and highly skilled nurses. Nearly paperless too -- everything gets recorded on a tablet which really impressed me. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr. Vlad Ratushny for a skin cancer scan on July 20. I am a new patient. I was impressed with how promptly I was seen. Dr. Ratushny was pleasant and so friendly, yet professional. He examined me and said that he did't see any skin cancers. I was in hand out of the examining room in about 10 minutes. I had my first appointment at Massachusetts Dermatology yesterday July 20,2017 with Dr. Ratushny. I was asked to come about 20 minutes early for my 11:00 appointment so that I could fill out some paperwork which I did. I hardly waited any time at all when my name was called. I was surprised at the short wait! Everyone I came in contact with was polite, pleasant and professional.. Dr. Ratushny was a pleasure, very thorough explaining things as we went along and answering any questions that I had. Overall I can say that this was a very positive experience.
