Having only be seen by a dermatologist once in my seventy years, I remembered the experience as a very negative one. Previously, I waited almost three hours to be seen by a doctor who communicated almost not at all with me. this may explain my reluctance to ever go back to a dermatologist - until yesterday. i was awed by the modernity of the facility in which Massachusetts Dermatology Associates is located. I was greeted promptly and pleasantly by the receptionist and was actually seen by the doctor a few minutes before my appointed time. The doctor and his assistant were highly personable and made me feel very comfortable. I have full confidence in my newly found dermatologist and have already made an appointment for what will be twice a year visits from now on.

Right from the beginning, I felt that this is a group of medical personnel that are professional, welcoming and organized. Several problems, although minor, were readily addressed and solved by Dr. Sabina Bis and Dr. Deborah Cummins. I highly recommend this group to everyone.

This office is very efficient from the front desk to the doctors ! Amazing staff is very attentive to all of my needs ! This office should be a role model for all medical offices !!

Massachusetts Dermatology Associates is an outstanding practice. Having been to numerous dermatologists on the North Shore in the past, I find MassDerm to be the first practice that concentrates on the patient and their care. The doctors are current with the newest procedures in the medical field. They are always available to answer your questions and explain the procedures clearly and concisely always considering the patient. The office is always clean and comfortable. The office staff always treats you with respect and are always professional in dealing with the patients. I can't say enough about the office.

Wonderful experience. From reception to discharge all were professional, friendly and caring. Dr. Sabina Bis has a very soothing manner and provides a comforting atmosphere. Dr.Bis explained concisely and clearing the procedure, possible outcome and discharge instructions. Thank you!

My experience with Dr. Biss is always a pleasant one. She is professional, compassionate, efficient and friendly. She listens to my concerns, answers all questions, does a thorough examination and provides excellent care and follow-up. The entire office is staffed with friendly and professional people who create a comfortable atmosphere for patients.

The staff is extremely professional and kind. Dr. Sabina Bis has always been very professional, excellent bedside manner, and kind. I have not ever hesitated to give her name to family or friends.

My experience was very positive. The staff members with whom I interacted were extremely polite and friendly. I spent almost no time at all in the waiting room and my appointment was quick. The doctor was very reassuring, helpful and nice.

This is my second visit MassDerm and both experiences have been great. The doctor did a thorough examination of my skins for pre-cancerous growths and removed several. He did an excellent job at explaining things I could do to improve the situation going forward. On a personal note, the office was easy to get too and parking in the "one hour" spots at the Cummings Center was easy. The office was respectful of my time and I did not have to wait for long to see the doctor, which I appreciate.

Today was my first visit to Mass Dermatology. I was very impressed with the front desk people who greeted me very cordially and answered all my insurance questions. I was met with an assistant at the start of my appointment who was very friendly and nurturing and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was very informative and patient with me. The trainees were introduced and I felt at ease in front of them as well. I was examined thoroughly and was informed well with each step that needed to be done to me. I feel as though I was treated well; well informed and I do have some more treatments to undertake. I look forward to visiting this capable staff again. My scheduled appointment was on time and I would recommend this office to anyone in need of their services.

I had the absolute best experience at MassDerm. I have a bit of white coat disease and always convince myself there's something wrong. I made an appointment and they were able to get me in within two days. I was very nervous and everyone was so comforting, from the wonderful woman at the front desk to Dr. Bis. I told Dr. Bis about all of my fears and concerns and she eased them immediately while at the same time being extremely thorough and informative. She calmed my nerves and educated me about safe skin habits. I will definitely go back to MassDerm every single year, and any time I ever have a skin concern!

Very positive. Both Dr Bis and Christina the MA were friendly and professional. I was told before and during the procedures exactly what they were doing. They made me very comfortable.

Professional, personal, compassionate. More than one could hope from a dermatology practice. Dr. Deborah Cummins and her medical assistants are so bright and willing to really help. They are a real gift to the North Shore.

I had an excellent visit today with Dr. Bis. She was aware of the previous visits, did a great job with the present visit and discussed other options available to me. She's also going to call my primary doctor and discuss things with her. Overall, I thought I was being extremely well taken care of. And that is a great feeling!

The staff is professional, the doctors are very knowledgable, the office staff is efficient and pleasant , as is the whole office atmosphere. Appointments are on time and there is no time wasted.

They are always efficient and courteous and the doctor listens to you carefully to determine a course of action on your dermatological problems. The location itself is good, although sometimes parking can be tough (even though there's a huge lot!).

Each time I've visited Dr. Bis and her staff,it has been a most enjoyable visit. Their professionalism, quality of care, and real concern for my problems has been a true comfort for me. I would recommend Mass Derm. and specifically Dr. Bis to all of my family and friends.

I found Dr. Debbie Cummins to be a very passionate and caring doctor. She immediately put me at ease explaining the procedure to me. She is certainly an expert in her field and I recommend her highly.

It was great. My biggest concern was parking asI don't do garages. I found an outside spot right away. Once I got inside the building it was a little tricky. Thanks to nice people I was only confused momentarily. When I reached you office everything went smoothly and efficiently. Everyone was helpful and understanding.

Regular 6 month follow-up after cancer surgery. Appointment was timely (very little wait) both in the waiting room and screening room. Full body review with a little freezing and I was out of there quickly. Wish all doctor visits were this smooth.
