MA Dermatology is great. Office staff, assistants, and especially Dr. Cummins are all very friendly and professional. The office is comfortable and easy to get to.I will always use MASS DERM for any dermatology issues and will refer others to them as well. Overall a great experience

Dr. Sabina Bis has been the best! She is knowledgeable, attentive, kind and professional. I came to her office feeling pretty discouraged about my skin-related problems. Dr. Bis listened very attentively, assessed the problems, proposed the solutions, and reassured me that the world probably wouldn't come to an end before all was back to normal. I particularly appreciate her compassionate and easy way of dealing with a patient. It is very apparent that Dr. Bis is a dedicated and committed doctor who sees all of her patients as people rather than ten minute time slots in her day.

I have seen both DR.Jordan and Deborha Cummins. Dr. Jordan did a biopsy and Dr. Deborah did the Mohs surgery. Both Doctors are wonderful. So knowledgeable and kind. All the assistants that work beside the doctor's are fantastic! I can not say enough about this office, they are hands down the BEST!!

The staff was very accommodating when I made my first appointment. I explained I had a severe rash and I was given an appointment in a few days (Christmas Eve)rather than waiting a few weeks. The secretary was very compassionate. Dr. Cummins was very thorough with his exam and ordered tests that diagnosed my problem after many months of visits with another dermatologist. He has been very nice and accommodating as well.

My first appointment with Dr. Bis was very satisfactory. She was personable and professional. The examination was thorough and well-explained. The office is attractive and I was seen on time. I shall be more than happy to recommend Massachusetts Dermatology Associates.

I have seen 3 other dermatologists, and this was my 1st time with Dr. Bis. She was right on time; didn't leave me siting alone in the exam room for countless minutes waiting for her. Dr. Bis was professional, yet friendly, thorough and very informative. I believe I may have met a dermatologist I can stick with!

This was my first visit to the office and I saw Dr. Bis. She is very personable and listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I felt comfortable and, even more important, I felt that the care I received was excellent. Everyone in the office was friendly.

My experience with Massachusetts Dermatology Associates was excellent. The Doctor and assistant made me feel comfortable the whole time. The doctor provided me with additional information on topics that were relevant to my care.

Let me just start by saying WOW..... I cannot rave enough about the attention i received at Massachusetts Dermatology.... I previously had a dermatologist that i was very unhappy with. When my PCP, Dr. Elise Rodman recommended I go to them for a problem i was having my my legs. The location is great... and i was welcomed in a very efficient and professional manner... They made me feel very comfortable from the start. My wait in the waiting room wasn't long at all.... and when i got into the exam room, it was only moments until i was seen!!! Dr. Deborah Cummins was spot on with her diagnosis, and, with the proper treatment, saw overnight results....I say going to that office to be treated was nothing short of a miracle!!! I'm thrilled my Dr. recommended them to me, and i will tell the world where to go for the best care! Thank you to the entire staff. You turned my ITCHINESS into a pleasure!!!

I am a new patient and was pleased to be given an appointment promptly. The office location is very accessible with parking being of no issue. I was checked in by their welcoming staff and shortly after, was seen by Dr. Jordan Cummins . I required a follow up skin scan and I found Dr Cummins both thorough & reassuring in explaining and answering any questions I might have concerning my health. Thank you, Dr. Cummins. I have called the office of Dr. Jordan Cummins with a few question and have had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle. She has been such a big help to me with regards to my son. I think the office is very lucky to have Michelle answering the phones A++ to this employee !!!!!!

My visit couldn't have been better from the welcoming coffee to the attentive receptionist, to the kind PA who settled me in. I was so impressed by the ability of Dr. Sabina Bis to connect with me, answer my concerns, educate me on what to watch, all while giving me a thorough exam & apologizing for the cool room. 5 stars & I will recommend her to all my friends.

I has a basal cell carcinoma removed last summer, and Dr. (Deborah) Cummins did a wonderful job; I only felt mild discomfort and was left with hardly a trace of the experience. I had a follow-up examination today by Dr. Jordan Cummins. As always, the treatment was prompt, comfortable, and thorough. Both Drs. Cummins combine their top professional skills with a genuine and caring manner,and they impart that tone to their staff as well. I recommend them without reservation.

I have been seeing Deborah and her staff for the last two years,and I had been talking with her about removing some unwanted red marks and age spots that I dint like on my face,as,well as fine lines and wrinkles. We had discussed options and went over what my over all goal was and to date I have had 3 IPL treatments for removing dark spots,broken capillaries,freckles and fine lines. I have also had two 1540 treatments for fine lines and texture and for restarting collegene regrow..I have had Gina do all my treatments and .i am so happy with the results so far! I would recommend this to anyone!

To echo the other 5-star reviews, I was beyond impressed with this dermatology practice. I highly recommend Drs. Jordan and Deborah Cummins. They are professional, thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. I was completely blown away when Deborah called over the weekend to check on me after a procedure. Jordan puts me at ease as he takes the time to be caring, is extremely knowledgable and provides the absolute best care. Both the Drs and staff make me feel comfortable during the whole experience and all appointments have run on time. I've found the staff friendly & professional. Experienced very short wait-times when checking-in, as well as after being show to an exam room. Doctor was professional and demonstrated excellent & effective course of treatment.

I had a great experience at Mass Derm. Everyone was polite and very efficient. Dr. Cummins did a very good job removing basal cells from 2 different areas. And, it did not hurt at all (which is, of course, very important), even when the numbness wore off. So far, both sites are healing well. Everyone that i worked with, from the front desk staff, to both Dr. Cummins to the nurses who assisted were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this practice.

I am always a little nervous going to a new physician, however, the experience I had with your office was exceptional from the woman who made my appointment, to checking in and out with the receptionists to my visit with Dr. Bis. Dr. Bis made me feel at ease right from the beginning and I felt confident in her diagnosis of my issue.
