To echo the other 5-star reviews, I was beyond impressed with this dermatology practice. I highly recommend Drs. Jordan and Deborah Cummins. They are professional, thorough, friendly, and knowledgable. I was completely blown away when Deborah called over the weekend to check on me after a procedure. Jordan puts me at ease as he takes the time to be caring, is extremely knowledgable and provides the absolute best care. Both the Drs and staff make me feel comfortable during the whole experience and all appointments have run on time. I've sent friends to this practice and they were more than pleased. 6 stars if they had them! -Jessica E.

I've found the staff friendly & professional. Experienced very short wait-times when checking-in, as well as after being show to an exam room. Doctor was professional and demonstrated excellent & effective course of treatment.

I had a great experience at Mass Derm. Everyone was polite and very efficient. Dr. Cummins did a very good job removing basal cells from 2 different areas. And, it did not hurt at all (which is, of course, very important), even when the numbness wore off. So far, both sites are healing well. Everyone that i worked with, from the front desk staff, to both Dr. Cummins to the nurses who assisted were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this practice.

I am always a little nervous going to a new physician, however, the experience I had with your office was exceptional from the woman who made my appointment, to checking in and out with the receptionists to my visit with Dr. Bis. Dr. Bis made me feel at ease right from the beginning and I felt confident in her diagnosis of my issue.

Our experience was wonderful! I went with my children and she explained everything with great detail and helped tremendously, we are looking forward to our future appointments

Todays appointment was thorough and excellent. Everyone from the reception area to the Doctor made the experience a very comfortable one. I'm glad I found them and plan to go there for all future visits.

From my first contact to make an appointment I was impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the staff. The new patient packet was excellent with such good directions. The office was attractive and front desk attentive and polite when I arrived. I waited a very short time for the doctor to arrive and was so pleased to have a very pleasant doctor who explained my issues very clearly. I would highly recommend the office to others.

I liked receiving paperwork ahead of time. Cummins Center intimidatingly large, but easily found office. Was seen very promptly. Dr. Bis was very nice, friendly, thorough. Took care of my issue and sent me on my way. Overall I was very satisfied.

All the staff were very kind and courteous! I didn't have to wait at all! Dr Bis has a great "bedside manner"! She explained everything she was doing and told me the numbing of the area would sting and it did! I would highly recommend Dr Bis to anyone!

Dr. Jordan Cummins has an excellent approach to his patients. He is thorough and explains every aspect of his approach to treatment. He is respectful of time and the patient does not feel rushed. All of my questions were answered in a understandable manner. I would highly recommend Massachusetts Dermatology Associates and will certainly make referrals to his practice as needed.

Last week I had an appointment at Massachusetts Dermatology Associates with Dr Sabina Bis. The receptionist was pleasant and greated me with a smile. I had a short wait to see Dr Bis. The office ran smooth and made me feel like I was a person not a number. I've been to Offices that run like a factory get them in get them out. Dr Bis answered my questions and spent the time with me that I needed. Thanks

9:30am appointment with Dr Bis. My first experience with a dermatologist. My name was called at 9:32. The receptionist had been very nice and professional. Dr Bis was very informative and gave me a complete exam. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I arrived very early for my appointment and was greeted by 2 lovely women and then was taken almost an hour early which worked so well for me. Dr Bis was delightful as was her assistant. This was a great office experience for me as my previous dermatologist on the North Shore did not work well for me. Issues were discussed and then taken care of immediately. Myra
