Great Service!

very kind and professional when offering their services .... I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

The quality of care is very good. The nurses and physicians are very professional. They are very attentive and thoughtful in their approach to treatment. I’m very grateful there is a Statcare within walking distance to my home.

I appreciate the professionalism of the staff of StaCare; however, I’m bothered by the hour long wait once you have to wait in the examining room for the provider to come in. Overall , ithe service is great!!. Love StaCare!!!

First : location is excellent, comfortable with the staff . Care today was great. Provider cordial and direct with the questions ask related to my issue. The only problem the wait time. Overall good visit

I was greatly impressed by how efficient and speedy the service was. The doctor who treated me (Asif) was thorough and followed up with her supervisor with a question that she was unsure of. I am so happy that I found a place in the Bronx that is so very clean, has great customer service and staff demonstrates true compassion for their clients. This place is a diamond in a rough.

Very pleased with the concern and care that I was given. I felt very comfortable as I left. They eased my concerns. The wait was minimal and they were very professional. Everyone on staff was. My first visit and I will defiantly go back. Hope I do not get ill any time soon though.

From the beginning, with just a phone call the representative, Tammy, was so helpful and personable. I felt like she actually cared about what I was asking about. I wasn't just a "job" she had to complete. It left me with a good feeling which eventually helped me make the decision to commute the 45minutes. $99 for an immigration physical exam is a plus, but the quality of care we received from the phone receptionist, the front desk, nurse and civil surgeon...all of those things are priceless. The woman at the front desk, Bonita, took her time with us as we were confused about certain things, nervous and unsure. She followed through with every question, sometimes the same one was asked several times. She was patient and definitely represented StatCare in a good way! The Civil Surgeon, Dr. Jain, was so down to earth, he also took his time in explaining all the different aspects of the process we were going through. The team definitely put us at ease and I'm so glad we decided to take the trip!! We took some cards and will definitely be sending anyone we know to you guys so they too can experience what we did.
