My son was treated very well by the doctor. She answered all our questions. The accommodation were better during this visit since the last time (Saturday, January 28,2016) there were chairs to sit.

I am impressed with the services provided by Stat Care. I have been able to schedule appointments that are convenient for me, their location is convenient, parking is always available and the staff are friendly. So far Stat Care has been a one-stop shop for my health care needs.

This is my first time at any urgent care facility and it was an awesome experience. The place is immaculately clean, the receptionist is very pleasant, the assistant was awesome, and the physician was the best. I was in and out quickly and got all the answers that I needed. Great staff!

The quality of care was exceptional, the Dr was willing to align his schedule with my daughter's next appointment in order for him to personally reevaluate her. There is not waiting, even when you arrive not at your scheduled appointment time.

You really should be privy to the type of clinic that is being run on bartow. It is nothing short of EXCELLENT. So much do that I am glad that you all have this survey so that I can tell you about my experience. I walk in right after work with what I now know to be strep throat but at the time felt like an annoyance of a sore throat that must go away. I tell the front desk receptionist Bonita that my throat is killing me but my insurance changed in December and for some reason not only can I not find my insurance card, I don't even know what my insurance is. While texting my coworkers she calls the plan that I thought I had in order to help me out. I find out I have a totally different plan and she doesn't seem annoyed AT ALL and continues to help me. Then I get in and meet Nakia. I'm telling her what's going on with me and that I think I may have step because I've had it before and this is loke dejavu. Nakia asks me some questions. Tells me exactly what the treating physician is going to do. I follow up with dr. Shelly. She does exactly what Nakia says she will do. Gives me the strep test and voila I have a cure. They were just really nice. Really patient. Really personable that I had to let you all know. This is what urgent care should feel like. I should add that this is my first time at this urgent care.

The experience at Statcare was actually pretty great. I hate doctors, but at this place they made me feel very comfortable. Even the regular medical questions that are asked felt like they were really concerned... They are just like Family

Excellent I even recommend someone to go a couple of days after I was there. I expected to see a doctor and when I found out no doctor was going to see me I was disappointed, but I had a change of heart. He knew what he was doing and asked me to return in a few days for follow up. ...

I have taken many for urgent care services, but had no real idea how it worked. As my first experience, I was totally confident about the through services I receive from the receptionist to the doctor and testing. Today I am feeling great and appreciate the health services I received, and would no longer hesitate to seek urgent care again if needed.

I have been to Statcare 3 times in the last 3 months and every time I go they are very professional and attentive to my needs. I have to admit one of the best doctors offices I've visited considering I am in and out in less than an hour every time I'm there.
