I have a wonderful experience and understanding when I'm here. I'm glad they don't give medication and believe in a body healing itself.

I was very pleased with the service. The entire staff was polite,comforting and clean. If I had to do it again I would.

Was greeted with a smile and care. Was quick and it is close to home so I did not have to travel far distance.

I had a minor urgency to visit the medical center. First loved that I did not have to wait a long time to see a physician and that the all around service was top notch. Also I had a follow up call the next day and it just put the icing on the cake. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service i received today . From the front desk , the doctor was very friendly with my baby and he was knowledge on my concerns about my babies health. I left the facility feeling important and my baby is feeling better.

as a walk-in, It was a very pleasant experience . The staff was friendly and I was able to see a medical professional within a very short time. I also liked that there was only 2 medical forms to fill out. In addition step care staff called me at home to see how I was progressing with my medical condition . Im loving it ! NRev

This was my second visit to the Bartow Avenue office and as usual, the service was great. Front end and medical staff were helpful and friendly. I was really impressed by the level of service and professionalism. I would definitely recomend them to family and friends.

At Statcare, I was met with both professionalism and warmth in a space that is clean and imbued with a sense of calm efficiency, a rare occurrence in medical settings. Bonita, the first staffer I encountered, guided me through the check in process and provided the first point of reassurance; and when I made an error in the pharmacy information, there was no hesitation or judgment in helping me to resolve the issue. Bonita is grace under pressure. The second point of reassurance was the acknowledgement of me by the nurse, the scribe and Dr. Jain. I was listened to, actually, listened to. I was seen as a whole person and not an illness. In our community, we are extremely fortunate to have Statcare under the leadership of Dr. Jain.

Clean, professional, and wait time was mimimal.

My first time at the urgent clinic. I received the best quality of medical care at this clinic. The doctor took time to discuss my symptoms and explain the medications he prescribed. The clinic follow up with a text message asking if I was feeling better. I recommend the Statcare urgent medical care clinic at Bartow ave. to anyone.

I went in there with very high blood pressure. The staff took their time and did all necessary tests to treat my condition. The doctor answered all my questions and put me at ease.
