I had a very pleasant experience with Statcare Urgent walki in care. Very pleasant enviornment and it was convenience for me because i live in the neighborhood. I walked in filled out my form . i was called to see a Doctor in less than 15min.

The facility was clean, well lit, and comfortable. Best of all it wasn't crowded! The staff was courteous. I was seen within an hour, and my prescriptions were emailed directly to the pharmacy. They take a number of healthcare plans, which made it very convenient.

I was very impressed with the efficiency, professionalism and excellent care in which they attended my problems. The office is conveniently located to transportation and major pharmacies. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and comforting.

Visited the Bartow Ave, Bronx location for my son. Excellent urgent care; no long wait time; very clean office and exam rooms; staff was professional, courteous and helpful; Physician Assistant (Kia London) was very nice, thorough, answered all my questions and explained the meds she was prescribing; convenient location. I would definitely revisit and recommend.

It was a nice experience for our first time here. My daughter was sick and I wouldn't be able to get to her doctor by the time I got home. The convience of the location and doctors/staff availability was a plus for me. The doctor also called later on in the evening to follow up on how she was feeling and if I had any additional questions for him. This was definitely a plus for me.

I must say I was pleasantly surprised by the the quality and the professionalism that the staff displayed. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and so helpful. The doctor himself was astute professional as well as caring. He was able to articulate himself in a way that I was able to comprehend, I greatly appreciate that as well. Overall, I must say I really appreciate the five star quality that I received.

The customer service was extremely efficient and speedy. The PA that worked with my son was gentle. He explained everything throughly to ensure we understood the procedure. His assistant was nice as well. The service from the entire establishment from the receptionist, tech and PA made our trip worth while. Thank you! We will most definitely visit again, under better circumstances that is! :)

I had a good experience with the workers at Stat Urgent care in Co op City in the Bronx. The receptionist was very nice and the male nurse was very professional. Dr. Fonzo was also very patient and professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to explain. I would recommend this service to everyone.
