Awesome experience, I was there 5 minutes and was taken right in on time. I had my cleaning done by a young lady named Amanda,she was excellent and very knowledgeable . The entire staff that I encountered were very friendly, Dr. Clepper was excellent and I recommend West Augusta Dental very highly.

I believe my dentist name was Amanda! She’s very sweet and very informative and let me know about how much I would have to pay before she continued to schedule me for further apts to better my oral health and I appreciate that. I am looking forward to my next apt, she was great! The staff in the front were very nice as well. Would definitely recomend this place.

I've been going here since 2008 which was the year I left active duty service in Augusta. The military dental system sees a lot folks and thus does not have time to do the little things i.e. have multiple sizes of bitewings for smaller mouths. I have a small mouth and often times I would have cuts in my mouth from the one size fits all bitewings where my gums met my upper lip. They had nothing smaller. Another thing was the harshness with which the dentists scraped tartar off my teeth. My mouth often hurt the rest of the day after seeing them and I was someone with relatively good dental hygiene. After I got out, I dreaded looking for a dentist when I got my next job working in the area. I knew I needed to keep going to the dentist though so I took a chance and checked out West Augusta Dental's practice. First, I was happy to be cared back within 5 mins of my appointment time. Second, my hygienist, Brandi, after looking at my dental records she did bitewing xrays and when I mentioned my small mouth and past issues with previous xrays, she went and found a smaller one that I was able to fit comfortably in my mouth. Third, my cleaning was not painful at all all and very efficient. Then Dr. Clepper came in to check on things, and said I was good to go. I've been going here ever since and have not been disappointed with wait times, harsh cleanings or irritation from the bitewings. My husband goes there too now because he heard me say such great things about Brandi and the other folks working there. Thank you guys!

My experiences with West Augusta Dental has always been excellent. Throughout my childhood, we were patients of Dr. Campbell office in Elberton, GA. Dr.Clepper's office has that same "hometown, family oriented atmosphere." Each representative that I have met are always friendly; and they make you feel like you are welcome and in good hands. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. My dental assistant, Amanda who cleaned my teeth was very thorough and attentive. And Dr. Randy was very nice. Overall it was a pleasant visit. 5 star for quality of care and convenience of the location and easy parking too. Truly satisfied with my visit and would recommend this dental office for sure.
