The staff is awesome and super friendly! They always greet you with a warm smile even when departing! You can count on being seen before if not directly at your appointment time. They make sure the job is done and done well! I have braces and they even made sure my teeth were shifting like they were supposed to be. They even have kudos to my orthodontist! I love this place and I'm glad I chose it! They even took the time out to ask about how my school studies were coming along!

My first experience with Augusta Dental Associates was very comforting the staff is very welcoming. Amanda the dental hygienist was very friendly and gentle when cleaning my teeth and very detail. DR. Smith was Amazing, professional, and very detail also he explained as well as recommended what he feel would be the best care for me. It's always important to feel comfortable and to receive the best possible care not to mention the location is convenient. First impressions are lasting impressions!

I love this practice so far. I've had two appointments and they call me back at my appointment time. There is no waiting!! My appointments have been quick as well. I was in and out the door on a regular cleaning in about 20 minutes!! I'm not used to that but I can get used to it real quick!!

I have been coming to West Augusta Dental Associates for 10 years because of the wonderful and talented employees, along with the expertise of the Doctors. They treat you well, and everyone seems to enjoy working there. It's always a positive experience!

I had some dental work done today by Dr. P. Smith. I readily admit that I am a needle chicken so He was very gentle and had an excellent since of humor. He did the work and I was very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Smith and the entire staff. I have future appointments for other work.
