I've been a patient a long time. I've always felt that my dental needs were met, no matter what procedure I'm having. I've never had to be concerned about the quality of care I'm receiving. All of the office staff are welcoming and have always made me feel comfortable, always calling me by name and not treating me as a number. Knowing that I will be seeing familiar faces when I visit means a lot. As far as convenience, the office has been in the same location since I started visiting. I'm usually able to take care of several stops on appointment day which is nice since I have a 40-45 minute drive. Everyone is always respectful of time...

Great. Short wait. Staff very courteous and helpful. Dr Turner very down to earth. Did not try to “sell” you unnecessary treatments. This office was recommended by people my wife works with. Had tried another dental office in town and the only thing they cared about was running up the bill as high as they could get it. Looking forward to a long association with this group. Office is only 5 minutes from my home so very convenient. Also very clean and comfortable. Was having tooth pain and turned out to be a minor problem. Dr made recommendations for future work and will consider after cleaning.

Excellent care, and very responsive for emergent items such as a broken tooth or filling... always friendly staff. Also, very timely! They do not leave patients sitting in the waiting area for hours like some others. Very prompt, every time I have been there. I rate West Augusta Dental as FIVE STARS and Highly Recommended!!!

Doctor and staff great, crown done. Unsure if the norm but 3-weeks to get the perminate crown seems excessive to finish the procedure. Anyway dental team and office staff excellent.

This is the best place! My hygienist Amanda was awesome and friendly. Dr. Arnold was also good. I’ve had two fillings done with Dr. Turner and love him too! I hope y’all don’t ever stop taking my insurance :)

Awesome! Friendliness from the time you walk in the door until you walk out. They are very respectful of your time. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. Insurance questions answered promptly. Dr. Turner is a jewel. Very considerate of your comfort at all times. His assistant Faye is extremely knowledgeable and has same considerations for your comfort. As you come and go everyone is very friendly. I just love those folks.
