Overall great experience.They always make you feel welcome, comfortable and you always leave feeling good about your visit. From the front desk to the dentist chair the staff is great... I have been visiting West Augusta dental for over 5 years now and will continue for years to come.

The Best Dentist to have is a gentle one.. Dr. Clepper and his team strive to make sure you're comfortable, pain free, and most importantly leaving with a Great smile.. I've trusted him for over 17 years and have referred all of my family and friends..He is the best in the CSRA with realistic crowns and implants. I guarantee you will absolutely love these guys!

Yesterday was my first visit and I must say that I was very surprised. I hate going to the dentist (except for cleanings) but the staff made be feel comfortable. They were all very pleasant & willing the assist. They exceeded my expectations & I would recommend them to anyone.

The facilities were modern and clean, the staff was very friendly, and my dental hygienist Lisa V. was fantastic to work with and was great at answering all of my questions and communicating what she was doing at each step, helping to put me at ease. Also having the option to fill out the new patient forms before the appointment was so convenient. Thank you.

Regardless of which hygienist or dentist in this practice that I have, the facilities are always top notch, the people are always friendly and ready to help, they always do a fabulous job and are fast and efficient.

The doctor and I have a great rapport and he gives me the necessary information I need to make an educated decision. I have been receiving services for quite sometime now. Overall I'm pleased with the services. This I would like to add though. Its so many people who need dental care, but society has made everything about the love of money. Over the years I've talked with different staff at West Augusta who are professing christians of Jesus Christ. The question to ask is what are professing Christian's responsibilities in the workplace, home and in everything they do? If we make it about ourselves then we have missed God's intended purpose. There could be a lot more business for West Augusta, if it was not about the money. Why do a bridge today cost so much more than it did just 10 yrs ago? People justify it by saying the cost of living has increased, in which it has. God never changes His purposes for mankind nor should His Children change either. Its so much compromise has happened in the Body of Christ over the years and this is why we are dealing with a world in complete chaos. When people's hearts change to follow God as He intended ,then the Light of Jesus Christ can shine brightly and the world can be changed by it. I hope I hope the survey has not offended anyone, and hope that people from it search their own heart from it. Thank you for taking the time to read it. Take care.
