When I called for help at my home the customer service rep was very professional and got right to the task to get help on its way. They sent me a link so I could track the arrival of the technician. When the technician arrived he was quick to look over the situation and explained quickly what he needed to do, and what the cost would be. He got right to work snd in no time had the problem resolved. He was polite , clean and conscientious to do his best work. The team at A-1 demonstrated top notch professionalism and provided us a great outcome out of what started out as a bad situation.

Chuck did a great job on our toilet.It did not take him long at all. Service was quick and Chuck was very pleasant. We are a member and did get a discount but being a senior on a fixed income it was still a costly fix.

Called midday on a Friday, the person that took my call was friendly and efficient. The tech was at my house within the hour and went right to work. From phone call to verifying a clear line, took less than 2 hours!

Excellent!! My mom’s main drain backed up with a horrible odor. They arrived within 2 hours of my call. The service gentleman was Charles and he was excellent. I didn’t know how to clean up the sewage and he explained how to connect the hose to the water heater etc. He went above and beyond with his assistance, besides being very clean and professional. He explained to my elderly mother the source of the problem. Thank you!!!!!

I have been using A-1 Sewer & Septic Service for years. Their technicians are reliable, courteous and professional. I usually get same day service. Prices are reasonable and the work is superb. I have had trouble with pipes in the basement freezing every year and, this year, I called A-1 and the technician suggested moving the pipes away from the basement wall. Genius!! Problem solved. I highly recommend this company!

A-1 was excellent! I called during the first "Arctic blast" of the year with what were routine problems that needed attention. I assumed they wouldn't get to me until the next week because of all the burst pipes that were occurring, but they were at my house the next morning. They explained what needed to be done and fixed the problems promptly and professionally. They were simply excellent to work with and I will call them for all of my future plumbing needs.

My son and daughter in law reported to me that their tub and toilet were clogged. My D-I-L just lost her job and their money is very tight this Christmas.
