Charles was very nice and professional. We use A-1 every 6 months to clean out the roots from a sycamore tree. Always have polite office staff making the appointment and get a call when they are half an hour away. I explain what my issue is and the guys always get right to work pulling out those nasty roots. Would not use anyone else.

Super fast. While on the phone she last I talked to said a serviceman just became available and she sent him right away ( maybe 15 min.) Justin was awesome! He was patient and took the time to figure out what and where the problem was before starting to fix it. He cleaned up when he was done. And he was really nice! Definitely will be using A1 again.

I always use A1 for plumbing issues. I'm impressed by how quickly they can respond to a service call. They have always completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and I think their prices are very reasonable. They always leave their work area clean.

I am so happy with A-1. I have used since 1988 to empty Septic tank and never knew they did more until yesterday. They came right out same day and were great to work with. Jake was very polite and informative. I will now call with plumbing needs and not only to empty Septic tank. Thank you A-1

I Would recommend A-1 Sewer & Septic Service to anyone. Great customer service starts when the phone is answered. We had a clogged kitchen sink. I called in for service on a Saturday. The person that answered the phone was very nice and efficient. I was surprised when she told me they could come on the same day. The man coming to fix the problem called before he came. He fixed the clog in short order. He was very professional. He left absolutely no mess. My husband and I were both surprised at the. reasonable cost of the service.

I live in an older neighborhood with lots of trees which in turn grow into our main sewer line. I have used A-1 for the last 14 years. They always do a great job, are professional, answer all my questions and their pricing is reasonable. 1 time I used a Groupon and another plumber came out. Literally the next day my main line backed up. I did it as maintenance so it wasn't backing up before the other plumber came out. Some how they must have moved roots in the line and left them there. Instead of having the other plumber come out and fix it I just called A-1 to clean it up. I learned my lesson and will only use A-1 going forward. They know me and remember me every year when I call. I will be calling them shortly to put a new sump pump in my house this year...

We have used A-1 for the past few years. They have a prompt response time and charge a reasonable price. Their employees are very professionL and get the job done in a timely manner.

Hello~ We were extremely happy and satisfied with the service from A-1. Shane was on time and in fact called to tell us when he was 15 min. away. The work could not have been better and Shane noticed several problems we knew nothing about and gave us to option of correcting them. He told us what the cost would be and did not pressure us to add to the work ticket. A-1 was able to work us into the schedule when another plumber bailed on us at the last moment. Customer Service when I called in to schedule a service call was excellent. Very courteous and efficient. Charles came and went right to work to take care of the problem. Explained problems and completed service in a timely fashion. Left no mess behind. We will use A-1 again for any plumbing problems we might have.

Response to a service call is always very prompt. Dispatcher always calls before sending serviceman to be sure appointment time is always still correct. Service tech is always prompt and courteous and listens to the problem completely. Then investigates the problem and reports what they believe what the fix will be. The problem is fixed quickly and the price is never over what the estimate is. Love these folks.

This was my first experience with A-1. Thu., 10/19/17 w/ Franz. Excellent work & service, my new friends. * Franz was just outstanding & a wealth of knowledge * Very timely arrival, as promised * Much add'l. insight how to keep the system healthy * Great advice on my Anaerobic System * Appreicate the $10 off I did find the cost less competitive than I had hoped for. Still...a very good comprehensive completion. Please, personally extend my gratitude to Franz. I really enjoyed meeting, learning and working with Franz. A most timely, quality and very well job done here. Note: I wanted to mention something on behalf of Franz. He never said anything about it but...I feel I need to. His truck broke down the day before, 10/18/17. He had to use your back-up truck. On one of the hoses, the connector end was broken. Franz had to install a new end before anything could be done on my job. Personally, I feel the last person to use this truck and/or the person that first realized the end of the hose was broken, SHOULD HAVE FIXED it IMMEDIATELY. I feel this is pretty sorry just to leave it for the guy who is trying to do the job, using all the hose lengths available. Thank you kindly. Keith P. Customer service was great! Everybody was very kind, accommodating, and prompt.

Michael, the service technician, was highly efficient and knowledgeable. He put down sheets to cover the walkway and steps which is a must. He was very considerate. I appreciate that the service call was addressed quickly. I would recommend A-1 for sewer problems.

I used A-1 Septic to replace my septic pump and also to clean/pump out waste tanks. Both servicemen were polite and courteous and quickly resolved my issues. Appreciated the upfront notice of cost as well. Would recommend A-1Septic!

Extremely pleased with A-1! They were kind enough to give us a courtesy call when they were on their way to my home and they were on time. They are completely fair in pricing and very honest about the work that needs to be done. I trust A-1 and have recommended them to many people. It's very difficult to find dependable, trustworthy & honest people but I can honestly say they embody all three of these qualities.

The young man that cleaned out my basement line, was very congenial..i was concerned that because he opened the leaky joint to clean the line out, he did NOT glue it back in place..He said it was up to someone else to do it...He advised me whoever glued the plug in 6 months ago , but apparently did not give it enough so it leaked again,.. But he advised me it should be free... My concern is how come the guy that cleaned the line, was not able to glue the plug back in?? Why did another serviceman have to come?????

Once again I had a good experience with A-1. After calling for an appointment your plumbing technician showed up shortly. He was knowledgeable and was able to fix my drain in short order. He was professional and efficient. I will always use A-1 for plumbing issues.
