On a Sunday, prior to Labor Day, when we are expecting a crowd of people, the sink stopped up. We called A-1 and within a short period of time a technician arrived. He was very professional and quickly unstopped the drain. The ribs were tender and Labor day was great. Thanks A-1. Ron Curry

A-1 Sewer and Septic were fantastic! They helped me when another plumbing company made my problem worse then said they couldn't get the necessary part and said I would be without running water for a week. A-1 came out the next day and fixed it all right then. He was courteous and left things cleaner than when he got here. haha It's been several months now with no problems. Thanks so much A-1!!!

Justin did a very good job. He stayed at the problem until we figured it out. He even cleaned up better than it was when he came over. I also appreciate that you came out so quickly. We had 10 inches of rain later that nitght and the work he did fixed the problem.

You guys are great! I had a drain backup in my basement several years ago. It was on a weekend and you didn't charge extra and you took care of the problem quickly. That is why I called you again when my son's drain was clogged. Same great service! I will recommend you to my friends. Thank you!

I called on Monday morning to schedule someone to unclog my kitchen drain on Tuesday (I couldn't take off work on Monday). It was scheduled for 8:30 AM and I was told that someone would call me at 8:00 AM to confirm. Tuesday at 8:02 AM I received that call saying someone would be there in about 30 minutes. At 8:25 AM Tim arrived. He was very professional and friendly. Within 30 minutes my sink was unclogged and Tim was gone. I've already recommended A-1 to everyone I work with.

Overall it was a fantastic customer experience. The appointment was set for 9:30am (no "window" as with most other companies) Charles was polite, professional and extremely knowledgeable. We have had friends recommend A-1, I so am glad we followed their advice.

Repair guy was great. Did the work, fixed the problem and did it pleasantly. Price seemed a little high, but the invoice was not broken down into parts and labor so perhaps it was an expensive part.

I had a calamitous experience right during 4th of July - my bathroom sink got clogged and was not responding to plunging. Spent four hours trying to unclog it and the only crowning achievement was my having been breaking the water supply valve to the sink. Next day I called A-1 (I have used them before and response time was short and price seemed fair) and they sent two technicians (Charles and Tony) on two different days: one to unclog the sink and another to fix the valve. Again, the response was immediate and quality of work exceptional. I am very satisfied with their services and will definitely call them in the future should there be any other problem.

This is the second time I have used your service. I like the fact that I don't have to wait days to get an appointment. I also like that the employee answers my questions and explains everything to me. This was for a toilet replacement. Paul was the employee who came out today. He left everything clean and removed all trash before he left. I will definitely tell my friends to use your service and I will use you for my future needs.

I have been using A-1 Sewer & Septic Service for at least ten years. They are courteous and quick. The service techs are extremely nice and get the job done. I had burst water pipe last winter and they were right there to fix it. I highly recommend this company. They are the best.

We had a clogged kitchen sink somewhere way down the line (we tried to snake it ourselves but could only go about 15-20 feet if that and it wasn't far enough). Called A-1 on a friend's recommendation, they were there in an hour or so (wasn't watching the clock), Charles got right to work - had to disconnect our brand new, just installed by us disposal unit to have room to work, used his motorized snake, cleared the clog, reattached everything, tested it and voila- done! The only thing that I would comment on is that his "protect the floor" work mat must have had some mud on the back of it because I had some floor scrubbing/cleaning to do afterwards. He even apologized for leaving a bit of a mess but we had already created a bit ourselves when we tried to self-fix the night before, so it wasn't a big deal. We also had some very minor dripping from a pipe connection after the one where the disposal hooks up, so it's hard to know why or if that was related to all the manipulation of the different joints and pieces of pipe in having to install, uninstall and reinstall the disposal unit and the vibration of the snake. We did not call them back about this and hopefully have gotten it fixed ourselves. The price was pretty typical for a drain unclog I think, and I had a $15 coupon that Charles applied. I would use them again.

Our home is 60+ years old. We are on septic and have two main cast iron 4" lines leading into the tank. I was concerned we had a break in one of the pipes which could have resulted in jack hammering out my finished basement, which a large price tag. Paul scoped the situation and Chuck put the auger to good use. The work Paul and Chuck did save me a lot of mess, time and money. Very responsive to a outdoor swimming pool skimmer clog issue. They arrived within a couple hours of my service request. Multiple other companies would not consider such a job. Tim was nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend A1 and will use them again!

I called at 8:30 am and Shane showed up at 2:15. The plumber was very professional and worked very quickly and efficiently. I never like to have to call service people,but A-1 makes the service and repair as painless as possible. I would recommend their work to friends and family.
