I received your name from a friend who is in the industry. He said you were the best around and very reasonable price wise. I was shocked to find out the price was not only reasonable, but no extra charges for a Sunday afternoon service call. The service rep that came out was polite and worked quick. The experience with you turned a crappy day around for us!

I have used A-1 in the past and same as my current service call the phone was promptly answered, the technician arrived in the stated time frame. The necessary work was done to my satisfaction as well the price was below or within the price limits of other providers in my area. My last plumber Jake was extremely courteous. I will call A-1 in the future.

I would recommend A-1 to my friends and will use their services again if needed. The technician was prompt (within 30 minutes of my call); he was courteous and knowledgeable. Because of my home's age, he was presented with a difficult situation, but he solved the problem and made sure everything was good when he left. I have never used a plumbing service before and was afraid of what it would cost, but I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable cost.

We are expecting to perform some significant plumbing improvements over the next few months. We contacted A-1 due to a referral from an area plumber. Paul came to our house, was very clean and professional, and did a thorough job explaining our circumstances as he did a very detailed video of our waste sewage line. He also promised that A-1 would prepare options for us as we address our needs.

I am happy happy happy. It's never fun to have to call the plumber, especially when the work that's required is going to be expensive and you're in a crisis.. A-1 sent someone out almost immediately when I encountered a backup on a Sunday. Their very nice service person worked for hours trying to solve my issue. Regrettably, more drilling was required but the guys came out the next day as soon as I called. The issue required one more endeavor before success, but the guys communicated the progress with me so I knew what to expect. The service people were professional, responsive, thorough, smart, and very courteous about my time and the cleanliness of my home. I still have another service to order from them to assure better access to my main line in the future and I have no reservations about calling these folks back. Their price was so much more fair than it could have been had I called one of the crooked plumbers I used in the past. Thanks millions for a job well done.

Fantastic experience! Tony Kelly is a great representative of your company. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. Leaky toilets are no fun but Tony had me laughing alot! I will definitely call again if I have another problem. :)

I have used A-1 for about 20 years and recommended them to many of my friends and customers. I recently made the mistake of using another company who advertised a lower price for main line cleanout with a free camera inspection. I got the cleanout accomplished with two trips from that company along with pressure to make as much in $10,000 in repairs to the main line. After about 2 weeks, the line was clogged again. I called A-1, they came out and fixed the line problem with one call. That was 2 months ago with no further problems. The main thing that got cleaned out by the other company was my wallet. I will never use or recommend anyone else again. A-! has my business.

First, I called for help about 7:45 this morning and was told that you had a 3 or 4 hour backlog but that she would get somebody as soon as possible. A few minutes later she called back and said someone could be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, Mike arrived and unblocked the sink pipe. A very pleasant and efficient young man. I will be more careful with onion skins in the future, but thank you for your service.
