I contacted A-1 via email to have a new kitchen faucet installed. The response was very speedy. I liked setting my own appointment (day and time). The service tech was very polite and friendly. He explained and showed me the parts he replaced and why. I had a small leak in shutoff valves. I thought the cost of the work was fair. I will call A-1 again if need arises.

Tony went above and beyond to get us the our new water tank installed, Gave us all the options and did a great job with the limited space! he was informative and let us know what he was doing and how it was going. Very professional and nice!

We recently used A-1 Plumbing to clear out a drain line and replace some old plumbing, and they did a great job. Did not have to wait long, and the techs were friendly and skilled at their work. The prices were good, a bit lower than what we've paid other companies for the same service. Will always use them in the future.

Over the last few years, we've had A-1 replace two faucets and put in all new plumbing in a bathtub/shower. The work is always excellent. They're on time, work fast and clean, and all of their craftsmen have just been really nice folks. And the price is always great. I highly recommend A-1.

Totally satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised when I called Sunday afternoon and the phone was answered by a person and not a recording then to be told that serviceman could come today and there isn't an extra for Sunday service. The serviceman Chuck was polite courteous and very professional. He did a great job and made sure he checked our line completely. Thank you, great great customer service from beginning of the phone call until Chuck drove away.

Service was done in a very professional manner. Chris knew exactly where to dig and dug exactly over the access cover. I was amazed. Chris made me aware that to keep from having to dig up the access cover the next time I have the tank pumped I could add a riser to make it easier. He explained the process to add the riser so I figured it woul be a good investment. I decided to have it installed. Aaron arrived with the riser, installed it and left a the area very neat and tidy. We had a blocked drain in the basement and was referred to A1. Chuck, the technician, came right out and was so stinking sweet! We even have the same birthday. He had the drain unblocked in 15 minutes...max! I will definitely use A1 again and will also refer them to friends and family. Thank you A1 and Chuck!

I needed help with a backed up drain. I called A-1 and they responded immediately. The repair man , Jake was extremely kind, courteous and took action to unclog the line and have everything working in short order. In the four to five years that we have been using A-1 we have found them be very responsive to our needs, usually the same day. We have had three different service individuals and all three have displayed that not only do they know what they are doing but very informative and courteous. The best of all, is we consider their pricing very competitive and fair.

I called and requested assistance with a plugged drain at 8:00. The person I spoke with was polite and very helpful. I got a call at 10:15 that a plumber was on his way. I went home and by 10:45 Chuck, the plumber assigned my home was at my door. Chuck was very friendly and efficient with his work and by 11:20 he was done and on his way. The service was quick and cost effective as well as thorough. Chuck included an inspection of my basement to make sure there was no backup in the basement and then he let me know there is a 30 day warrantee on the work he did. I would recommend A-1 to a friend and use them again.

Excellent people! We had a serious problem with our main line. The cap dropped into the line and was stuck. We called our regular plumber and he ran the line but couldn't clean it out ( but of course charged full price). He recommended A-1. They came the next day and Tim worked and worked to clean it out. He brought Paul to run the camera. Between the two of them, they got the cap out and the line was unplugged. It was expensive but they got the job done. Hopefully, we will not need them soon but when we do we will contact A-1!

The problem was that there were roots in the line. The serviceman did a great job and was very professional. I was delighted when there was no charge even though it was a couple of days beyond the 3-month guarantee!
