Everyone was nice and Professional. From the front door all the way through the procedure the staff were courteous and made me feel relaxed. During the procedure I was nervous but the staff put me at ease and talked to me all the way through the procedure. Good quality patient care.

Dr. Cook was very personable and efficient. Emily, front desk, was friendly and helpful. Hailey,dental hygienist, provided comfort while taking my x-rays and prepping me for my procedure.

My experience was great treated very kind especially by Dr Ratcliff the procedure went extremely well I felt zero pain through would recommend Dr Ratcliff to anyone who is looking for a very experienced and knowledgeable

My word! My husband never had the least bit of pain. We are both excited about the positive experience. We really expected it to be painful according to other people’s experience with root canals at other clinics. We will be letting everyone know the great outcome of Don’s visit. My experience was absolutely awesome! As soon as I walked through the doors for the first time, I felt the warmth of the staff (Ann) who was very friendly and made me feel like a valuable patient. Even before the appointment day, I was reminded of my appointment and other details. I just love Dr. White!!! Super nice! He acted as though we had already met. He clearly demonstrated his expertise and treated me with great. The staff, Allyson and Catherine were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I will recommend this clinic to my family and friends. HATS OFF TO YOU!!! :)

I would highly recommend Dr. White and his staff. Everyone is friendly and professional. I have panic attacks when I know that needle is coming but I must say Dr. White makes you feel comfortable so you can relax and not panic and with me that is hard to do. His dental assistant (I’m sorry didn’t catch her name) is absolutely delightful. She is so nice and helpful. If I ever need another root canal I will only go here. This is my second root canal with Dr. White and have had no issues with previous root canal and it was a few years ago. Thank you for all you do !!

Had to have a root canal and went to Highland Endodontics in Madison. What a great crew! Jessica was with me all the way. What a sweet and caring person she is. Dr. Cook was AWESOME!!! Never felt anything, she explained everything to me and made me very comfortable. I highly recommend if you need a root canal, this is the place to go. Super great treatment! I was treated with such respect. Dr. Cook and I have some of the same friends. The assistant was fabulous. We talked about animals and her 2 precious foster daughters. I really enjoyed watching pet collective and now have it on my phone.

I was extremely nervous with the entire root canal procedure. However I was very ready for the pain to go away. The entire staff at Highland Endodontics were extremely nice. The atmosphere was very clean and calm. I didn't feel any pain or discomfort through-out my procedure. The procedure was very fast and my recovery time was fast as well. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics!

The Best!

I was very satisfied with my whole experience. I was hurting and anxious but Katherine and Dr White made it a much better situation for me. I really appreciated that.

I was terrified about having this procedure done. I was having no pain or problem and therefore continued to put it off. This tooth that needed the root canal was found “accidentally” on an X-ray. After worrying about it for seven months, I decided to get it done. The staff was so kind and reassuring. I was allowed to take some anxiety medication before the procedure and Dr. White did a great job getting it numb. I never felt a thing!!! I also did not experience any pain afterwards! Thank you Highland Endodontist for taking great care to make me comfortable and the procedure pain free!

These people made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous and scared. They made me feel really at home even though I had to have a root canal done. Thank y’all for being great caring people. Will return for any future root canals.

Dr. White and his team were very professional and efficient during my initial visit and then during my procedure. The office staff were understanding and polite, and there was only a few minutes of waiting time. The office is extremely clean and modern. I appreciated the television selection of dog TV— it helped me escape the anxiety of dental procedures. Dr. White was clear with his post procedure instructions and answered all of my questions kindly. I had a terrific experience, and I would recommend this group to my family and friends. My only complaint is cost, but that’s just healthcare in general.
