The staff at Highland Endodontics are friendly, professional, and courteous. They made my root canal experience as good as such an experience can be. Beforehand they discussed my options and answered all my questions.

Dr Ratcliff is very professional and friendly. He is very gentle when doing my root canal. I didn’t really feel the needle when he gave me the shots. He was very patient with the assistants helping him. The ladies were very nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr Ratcliff to my friends and family.

What a friendly staff! You couldn't ask for better. Dr. Cooj was very nice as well, but best of all she clearly answered every question i ask. Plus, she explained what was going on. The professionalism of her and her staff is greatly appreciated. Thank you for making a potentially unpleast procedure guite bearble.

My visit with Dr. Cook was great. Dr. Cook was so nice, made me feel at ease and comfortable as she did a root canal. Her assistant Madison was awesome as well. No pain as she worked on my tooth, her instructions were right on point. I did as she instructed and had no problems afterward. Thank you Dr. Cook and Highland Endodontics.

This was my first root canal and I was very anxious and nervous about it. While I can’t say it was fun, it certainly was not an awful experience and I won’t be so anxious and nervous if I ever need another root canal. Dr Ratcliff and his assistant Sharon are a great team - very kind,considerate, gentle and friendly. And most important of all, I felt very confident they knew exactly what they were doing and were taking good care of me! Praise the Lord. My experience at Highland Endodontics was very positive.

Everyone there was so nice. This was the best root canal procedure I have ever had. Dr. Cook warned me when a "pinch" might happen, so I was prepared if it happened. I hope I don't ever need another root canal but if I do Iknow where I'll go..Highland Endodontics. My oldest son has used Highland Endodontics. He also recommends them.

I didn’t get the name of the young girl at the front desk, but she was so sweet and helpful. Dr. Cook and Megan were awesome!! Everyone we came in contact with from the initial phone call until we checked out made us feel welcomed. Thank you all for giving us such a pleasant experience!!

Wow! Professional, Knowledgeable & most importantly….CARING. My visit started out Good morning & welcome from the nice young lady at front desk. Thank you. Madison & Dr. Cook(Flowood location) took EXTREMELY good care of me. I honestly didn’t believe any of the other reviews when they said “no pain & quick procedure”. Well I’m here to testify. There was no pain and took just under an hour. They had the laughing gas on standby(I actually wanted to try it), but I honestly didn’t need it. Book them for your root canal needs Highly recommended ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“⭐️“

I scheduled for a root canal, never having one before. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. Everyone at the Madison location was extremely professional and on their game. Went in for a root canal, not really knowing what to expect (I’ve had very little dental work done). With Dr. Cook and her assistant, the process was quick and painless. They walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend them if asked.
