I would recommend Dr. White to everyone. The care was outstanding. I felt so comfortable from the time I walked in and met Dr White and staff. Everyone was so friendly and you can tell that they really are concerned. The procedure went well and I was amazed that I felt so comfortable through it all. It actually was a pleasant experience. Going to the dentist has never been my favorite place to go…I was truly amazed at how it all was.

The staff is very friendly. Assistants help and communicate between the doctor and patient. Dr Ratcliff is patient friendly and fast. I’ve had 3 root canals by Dr Ratcliff and I’m not going to anyone but him. Receptionists are livery cheerful and friendly, they know you’re a little nervous but seem to give you assurance that everything will be fine. The environment is wonderful. No commercial hospital-like rooms, more like your at home. You aren’t going to find better Endodontics care than Highland Endo!

I had the three biggest concern people..The team took great care of me. I enjoyed the comfort as a newborn baby as my procedure were done. My first experience with having a root canal couldn't have gone better. No pain during procedure. Dr. Ratcliff was very patient, took time to check often to see if there was any pain, and very detailed in everything he did. His assistant was also very patient and kind. I will be having my second one done in a few weeks. Thanks Highland Endodontics and Dr. Ratcliff.

This was my first time to get a root canal, so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Ratcliff and his assistant went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed in their care. They were friendly and were constantly checking to make sure I was ok and couldn’t feel anything they were doing. Wonderful experience!

From the time I scheduled my appointment until my root canal was over and I checked out everyone was so friendly, caring and the quality of care was top notch!! Wonderful experience. Doctor and assistants explained everything they were doing thoroughly and were friendly with great senses of humor. I didn’t experience major discomfort or pain. I actually almost fell asleep during the procedure. The doctor frequently checked on me to make sure I was doing ok. Front desk workers were friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appointment saving me money. Great experience overall.

I was amazed that an urgent root canal could be a pleasant experience.the front desk staff was so kind and reassuring. Dr. Ferrets and his assistant were timely and did a great job at explaining the procedure and ensuring that I was comfortable. They even gave me the cell phone number of the doctor in case I had issues after hours.
