The staff was friendly and accommodating. The quality of service was great and the procedure was pain-free. The atmosphere was pleasant which includes the room temperature and furniture. It was an overall good experience.

From the kindness at the front desk expecting and welcoming me by name to Allison and Dr. White patiently waiting to ensure my level of comfort in the dental chair, no one takes better care of their patients. Dr. Cook and her staff were great! This was my first root canal and I was very concerned. I was assured that I would be taken care of and I certainly was. Everyone was easy to deal with. They did all they could to make me comfortable and at ease. I highly recommend Dr. Cook.

From the time I arrived at their office until I left, Dr. Cook & everyone there were very friendly, professional & were concerned about my well being. I will not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

Great Job! I have a couple of horror stories, but my dental experience and visit today was great. From the front office and all the way through the procedure. Doctor & nurse were friendly, not only did they fix my problem, but also made me feel comfortable and at ease.

No complaints. Courteous, professional, explained everything. Nobody enjoys a root canal,the dentists and staff make it bearable. I Recommend Highland Endodontics if you need to have the procedure done.

As usual, the service was FANTASTIC! I’m so thankful for Dr. Cook and her amazing team. They are always so friendly and welcoming and take such care to make sure that I’m doing ok. Today, I also had an appointment with my dentist for further work that was needed after Dr. Cook was finished - the communication was so great and it all came together perfectly. What a wonderful team…as said above…so very thankful.
