I had one of the best experience with Highland Endodontic. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They made me very comfortable. So comfortable, to my surprise, I drafted in and out of sleep during two (2) root canals. I am pleased beyond words. I would like to thank everyone for this fabulous experience!

The friendliness of the whole staff was great. Dr. Cook was very professional. I liked that she as telling me what was coming- - example— a little pinch, some smoke, some pressure. She prepared me. I’ve had a root canal there before with a different doctor. They were also professional. I hope I never have to have another root canal, but if I do, I’ll go there.

From the moment you walk in the door you are treated with the utmost respect and care. Everyone was kind and considerate and concerned with making each step of your experience as easy as possible. Dr. Cook is exceptional! She walks you through every step, calming anxiety and fears. She is kind, professional, and concerned about you and your comfort throughout the whole procedure. A joy and a treasure, I wouldn’t trust my endodontic care with anyone else.

The procedure itself was smooth and virtually painless—far easier than I expected. I truly appreciated the gentle approach and attention to detail. My experience at Hyland was amazing. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor explained everything clearly and was very gentle during the root canal.I felt little to no discomfort, and they constantly checked on me. Dr. Gerrets and his staff. I visited your Flowood location 2/5/26 extremely nervous and apprehensive. Yet to my surprise, I was met with the friendliest group of strangers! Everyone really did their best to calm my fears - I am truly thankful for that! (I know I was an absolute wreck emotionally) The service was quick, painless and I was treated as if I was the only patient they had. I would highly recommend your service and it’s easy to see why my dentist recommends you guys as well.
