Everyone was extremely nice. They let you know everything that was going to be done. And always made sure I was comfortable 10 / 10.

Everyone was very friendly & helpful. I was very pleased with the care that I received. All was very good from start to finish.

Probably my 8th root canal. Olivia Cook is the greatest, her team is also the greatest. My teeth are not the greatest and without Highland Endodontics and Olivia (and team) I would be in a bad way. There's no other endodontist for me:)

Was referred by Carthage Family Dentistry for a possible root canal. Nervous since I have always had painful past experiences. This was the first time I have had this procedure done without feeling a single bit of pain to include needle sticks for numbing my gums! The entire staff was very friendly and professional and DR Came to k did an amazing job! She and her dental technician Shawn kept me apprised of everything that was going to take place and updated throughout. If I ever need another procedure that cannot be performed by my regular dentist DR Shamburger, I will definitely be requesting DR Cook! Thank you for a very pleasurable experience for what I expected to be painful

Unexpected root canal The staff from the initial phone calls to the payment was friendly, timely, and professional. Dr. Olivia & her right hand person put me at ease, making sure that discomfort was minimal to none. They talked me through the procedure & answered any and all questions. Dr. Olivia was fantastic and energetic.

The staff and Doctors at Highland courteous, friendly, and very effective throughout this procedure.. I had a root canal at another facility 15 years ago and it was a nightmare so I was dreading this one. But at Highland the entire process went well. It’s the day after the root canal and I have had little to no pain with this!

Everyone was friendly and professional. From the time I checked in with the receptionist and dental Assistant/ nurse, both were kind and explained what they needed from me. I was anxious and my tooth was hurting. I was able to get in that afternoon driving over from Meridian. Dr. Gartenberg introduced himself, was not rushed and explained the procedure in detail using my x-rays. I didn’t have pain during the root canal and didn’t stay numb for hours. He explained what to expect after discharge with pain, antibiotics, mouth irrigation medications, calling him if needed, and when to follow up with my dental provider.

I can’t brag on my care , the efficiency , my comfort and the teams concern that I received today! I was in pain and now I am not! Could not be more grateful!
