First of all, I was almost an hour early and they called me to the back to start my procedure. Staff is Professional and Very Polite. They were constantly concern about my well being.

I had a great experience at the dentist! The staff was very professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I was really nervous at first, but they explained everything clearly and took great care of me. I had a root canal. This was painless, the best experience. I have ever had in a dental procedure. I did not feel nothing, they explained everything extremely friendly. Highland Endodontics was great! The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the staff was super friendly and caring. Dr. Ratliff was great as well! This was my 1st time getting a root canal done. He made me feel comfortable and made sure I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure. The procedure was quick. I am glad I came. I highly recommend Highland Endodontics for your dental needs!

My experience was great. I was real nervous and apprehensive going in. The lady at sign in was so pleasant and attentive. Dr. Gerret was great and explained what he was going to do. His assistant, Kelce, was so nice and attentive. Very caring about my comfort! Would definitely recommend Dr Gerret!

I'm impressed! I never thought I would think of an endodontic procedure as a pleasant experience but Dr. Watts, a skilled professional, and his assistant treated me with great care, patience and even a couple of laughs.
