Today, April 15th, 2026, I had a “Root Canal” on my lower left tooth #20; and the nicest two ladies teamed up to make it happen! From the moment I entered Highland Endodontics, Brittany was waiting for me. After checking in with Christine, Brittany led me back and got me settled. Shortly afterwards Dr. Olivia Cook greeted me and began her “two-phase” gum-jaw numbing procedure. The procedure went smoothly and with minimal discomfort, and after a short while the left side of my mouth was numb. Dr. Cook was given the highest recommendation by my own Biological Engineer-Dentist so I had no preconceived notions about her ability to perform the surgery, even through an existing crown. Dr. Cook and Brittany are a skilled and caring team whom I would also highly recommend!

This place is where i would go again if needed. The people are absolutely amazing and comforting. They addressed every concern i had. I got here 35 minutes early and they went ahead and started taking care of me every second i was there.

At age 75 this was my first root canal. I had an absolute wonderful experience. Everyone was so friendly and the doctor was fantastic. Thank you Tom. Hope when the Anastasia wears off the pain won’t be too bad.

Highland Endodontics was great! The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the staff was super friendly and caring. Dr. Ratliff was great as well! This was my 1st time getting a root canal done. My experience was great. I was real nervous and apprehensive going in. The lady at sign in was so pleasant and attentive. Dr. Gerret was great and explained what he was going to do. His assistant, Kelce, was so nice and attentive. Very caring about my comfort! Would definitely recommend Dr Gerret!
